Dunkin' — Restaurant in McHenry

It’s unfortunate because the staff has always been friendly, but these last couple of times I’ve been served the staff members haven’t been wearing masks. The first time I just let it slide, but every time after that they haven’t been wearing masks. Go to the Dunkin by Walmart, they have much better hygiene and safety.

UPDATE: Left the original review about 7 months ago and have been trying to go here little as possible but the past few times I've been in a rush and needed to go here. Still no masks and sour attitudes. It's disturbing when the individual making your coffee and serving your coffee has no mask on but you do (I assumed they'd still be maskless and wore one). Ordered black coffee, got a coffee with cream and sugar. Nobody else was in the drive-through behind me. Not sure who’s coffee it was. Then, when they bring me my black coffee.. the lid that was on top of my coffee was completely dirty. Looked like it had been on the floor. Gave the coffee back and got a refund. Bunch of young kids working, of course little sympathy was given. Last trip to that Dunkin‘ Donuts!!! Mchenry DD on Elm (120) is my fav!!! Kind of sad because it’s less than a mile from my house. (first two times we visited had issues as well, was willing to understand the place just was newly up and running ... but this time.....

Best Dunkin. I get my dunkin in Mchenry on my way to work and not in Antioch where I live and have one close by and can enjoy a drink all the way in because they make the best coffees at thus Mchenry one... They are so good at remembering the regulars that one day I Accidentally ordered two coffees( I use my app and normally just reorder but forgot I had ordered two the day b4 for the husband and I) they made the one and when I came in told me what I had done and told me to come back tomorrow for the second one and I did with no issues.
