McDonald's — Restaurant in McHenry

I used to love this place, but now I realize why I am always told this is the absolute worst McDonald's in McHenry! I spend A LOT of money at this place and the last more than few times my orders are messed up sometimes I've called and got a credit and other times I've just let it go! I've also notice their customer service has been going down hill, but I never felt the need to leave a review ... Until now the way I was treated tonight by the Manager who said his name was Carlos and another employee was unbelievably! He refused to give me the females name refused to give me any district managers or any managements name than laughed when he gave me his! And since I know that even going above their heads won't do anything, he was sure to inform me nothing would be done, I'd rather never eat at McDonald's again! I've worked in customer service and would never treat a customer how I was treated especially in front of children! It's sad because it's people like these employees that don't want to support them making $15 an hour because they can't even give good customer service! I could go on even more about how I was treated, but it ended with him tossing my bag towards me saying just take your bag and leave while shutting the window! And I know if a manager treated me like this than it has happened before because he was to comfortable with being disrespectful and knowing he could get away with it! Save yourself the headache of not only your food being messed up, but also bad customers service!

Oh and by the way not only have I worked for McDonald's, but still know people that do any time they get a bad review they have either an employee or they make an account to put up a better review to try and flush...

Ive been to this McDonalds quite often between 9 and 12 pm. I have been told they can only accept cash, that they are only serving fries and drinks, and sometimes no one is manning the intercom leaving me to believe they are temp out of commission. All of those are fine. Ive been in the restaurant buisiness for 50 years.

I was surprised to find that they raised there prices on a large fry to 4.39, the same price as a cheese quarter pounder. The fries are cookef properly at these hours only 40% of the time. I will not be viditing thid store any longer. Less than 5 minuted down the road is a McDonalds that cooks fries fresh for $2.00 less. Unfortunately I visited this place today and had to edit my previous response! The workers here are usually very nice and up beat however today this male took my order had an attitude due to me using one of my coupons that he didn’t know how to ring up! I asked for a manager and he said to the manager (I think her name was Julie/ Judy) can you come over here and see what this girl needs! Wow I was very pissed because I am a fully grown woman, when I went to tell the manager she was smirking I asked her what was so funny that her staff was so disrespectful! I know people are desperate for help but this is completely unacceptable! I see why they only have 3.6 reviews neeedless to say this McDonald’s will NEVER get another...
