Ordered 2 entries and asked for sides for each. Like it doesn't even take a high scholl.diplima to complete this order. Children age 14 could do this job. Yet here you have a grown adult manager who can't remember French fries that you ordered as a side to your club sandsgich. It gets better! The store is unreachable after picking up the order you made to tell the supervisor that you are missing your fries and the chicken you ordered is not cooked and very hard as this it was fried to a rock.comsistency. you call the next day and another manager takes your complaint and stated that he will replace your entire and to call when ready. When you arrive at the store. After giving them courtesy of calling ahead to order for the second time. You are told that you have to pay for your food for them making order over that they messed up. You are also told that your prize were free even though they forgot to put them in your bag the night before and you were not given apology and you were told that you were not going to get a refund or a gift card. LOL I thought am I having a nightmare on a sunday.? And then I told them never mind I'm going to dispute this with my thing this is unfair consumer relations. And the manager stated nice try with that. I left there thinking I will never come back to this placThe story below is on a previous occasion. I want you to know that I do believe that this restaurant has selective service and that they are biased if they find out the chief complain a lot about their food they will make your experiences a living nightmare. But they don't know it's already a nightmare when you walk in there but there is no other restaurants in this area to eat from that are decent. I retired from eating car because of this experience I will not ever come over here and eat again. by the way watch for their food quality because our parents that the water is not good over in this area. e again and furthermore it doesn't need to be operating under such conditions. I just went home and disputed with my day and then I notify your corporate office and now I'm leaving this review on Sunday December the 1st 2024. What a time of year he has don't eat there they're not very sanitary
Seeing is believing. If you are visiting for the first time, beware. I don't want to turn your stomach with the horror stories. But don't say I didn't warn you! Food safety at an all time low. Salads consist of fresh lettuce in top and bad lettuce on the bottom with overcooked fish sandwich that can be traded as a weapon. The hot zucchini and other entrees placed on styrofoam containers, guaranteed a sure dose of cancer causing agents from the melted styrofoam. If you don't like being clean you'll fit right in because the custodian sits on the table and the bar with they serve coffee. I couldn't believe I watched him sit down on a table and not a chair. Food is thrown in the bag to go uncovered and barely sealed including open fries that are so hard I could throw them like rocks. So there you have it! You have been officially warned....
Read moreYesterday was Friday the 2nd, and after a long week at work, I finally clocked out around 6 o’clock. Instead of cooking, I decided to treat myself to a meal at Eaton Park and enjoy a little relaxation time. When I arrived, the waitress greeted me with a warm smile and asked what I wanted to drink. I flipped through the menu and opted for three mozzarella sticks as an appetizer, a Diet Coke, and the club sandwich with coleslaw and fries.
About five minutes later, my mozzarella sticks arrived, but they were quite disappointing. They were cold on the inside, and I knew I had to let the waitress know. She was understanding and assured me she would take care of it. A few moments later, my meal came out, but to my dismay, the fries were carelessly piled on top of my sandwich. They were fresh, at least, so I pushed them aside and focused on my sandwich.
After finishing my meal, I requested a strawberry pie for dessert. Excited, I couldn’t wait to dig in, but when it arrived, my heart sank. Instead of a neatly cut pie, it was just half of the crust with a mound of strawberries and whipped cream on top. I politely asked the waitress if she could take it back, as I really wanted the whole experience of the pie, crust and all.
While I tried to savor my time there, I noticed the waitress placed my receipt on the table. To my frustration, I saw I was charged for the strawberry pie and the coleslaw, which I never received. Feeling a bit annoyed, I brought it to her attention and requested to speak with the manager.
When the manager arrived, I couldn’t believe the attitude I encountered. She seemed defensive right from the start. I explained my situation regarding my food and the dessert. Her response was dismissive, claiming the pie’s issue was due to it sticking to the pan. I calmly explained that a pie should come whole, with the filling in the crust.
As I tried to express my concerns, she kept interrupting me, assuming I was just looking for a free meal. I assured her that I wasn’t trying to get something for nothing; I simply wanted the coleslaw removed from my bill since I hadn’t received it. My frustration was mounting, but I was determined to remain respectful, even as my voice grew louder in response to her interruptions.
I finally reached a breaking point, feeling like I was about to cry, as I wished to be heard and understood. It felt like she was dismissing not only my complaints but also my right to have a decent meal after a long week. I work hard like everyone else, and I just wanted my food done right.
In the end, all I could do was ask her for my check. The manager snapped at the waitress, telling her to just give me my bill and get me out of there. I left feeling disheartened and hurt—especially after trying to handle the situation with grace. It was an experience I never expected, and as I walked out, I couldn’t shake the feeling that I needed to make a complaint. No one deserves to be treated that way, especially when all you're trying to do is...
Read moreI’ve been eating here for years and it’s unfortunate I have to update such a positive review for a negative one. I most recently ordered here on April 10 & May 3rd.
April 9 I had given birth, was unable to eat a full meal in the hospital and came home to celebrate on the 10th. A few minutes away from the restaurant I placed a to go order and went to the to go window just to make a small update since I couldn’t reach anyone by phone. I was met by possibly a manager who was very curt and told me that my order would be ready a quarter after and to come back. We waited jumped in line and still ended up waiting. I never got to make my updates. We got our food which by the way was expensive, feeding a family of four, nothing was hot, my fish sandwich was soggy. I chalked it up because of the time of day and I absolutely didn’t have the energy.
Fast forward this is one of my favorite places three of us decide on salad and think why not here. I ordered my son a kids meal hamburger and we got a few other things. The burger was red and raw on the inside. I did call because that’s my child’s food, had we not broken it up he could’ve gotten very sick eating that. I’m disappointed because in all the years I’ve been eating here I’ve not had many complaints. For the cost of the food and the lack of places to eat in the vicinity things can absolutely be done better.
My three favorite things from eat n park are the mozzarella sticks, lemonade, and Oreo cookie pie. I don’t know who made this particular pie but honey it was like the best dag on piece of pie I’ve had from an eat n park in a while. My mozzarella sticks didn’t even make it out the car therefore they didn’t get a picture but I thoroughly enjoyed my to-go...
