Manager Morgan- extremely poor leadership and rude to customers! Attempted to order polar pizza for sonās birthday, in person, gave me only three options, and would not allow me to order with a 24 hours notice. Due to sonās allergies all I wanted was NO toppings and vanilla ice cream. Decided to go to the Hardin location, was able to order two customised Polar Pizzas and the service was amazing. Completely different experience. Called Morgan to advise I was accommodated by another location, and the excuses the Custer location gave me were false. Morgan is defensive, cut me off, and likes to argue with her customers, rather than make it right. She lied over the phone and told me I could have ordered what I wanted, and said I needed a 48 hour notice. Hardin location, 24 hour notice, ordered two online without difficulty. Morgan- Poor example of leadership, and could benefit with leadership training. Awful experience with Custer location. All employees seem bothered to be there or not happy with their job, itās likely their leader. Custer packaging of polar pizzas they showed me was tacky and looked OLD! My 3 year old grandson wanted donuts so we went to get some donut holes and the same young lady "helped" us, again very rude. After we got our food I asked to speak with a manager and was told there is not one....really?!? No manager. Another young man asked what I needed and I said the manager and he said there was not one and what did we need. I said I was treated very poorly by this young lady and wanted to let the manager know. She then said she did not do anything. So we said okay and ordered it. Got to the window and the lady acts like she has absolutely no idea what our order was, hands us the shake, and a little tub of ice cream. We told her this was supposed to be in a waffle cone, she responded with āwell I can give you a cone..ā we asked her to please put it in a waffle cone for us, and it was only one scoop. Our banana split was apparently not on our order anymore for some reason, so they had us pull around the front, where we had to give her our card and pay AGAIN while they get us the rest, and when we receive it, low and behold, there were bananas in it.
