This location is the gold standard of chic fil a. Extremely friendly crew. Zero trash outside the building and its well maintained. I mention this because like others have said the line can get long just like any other CFA. This line tho moves very quickly. Never got the wrong order here. There is one thing but I didn't fault the location over it. They handled my experience flawlessly.
CfA only sells a 12oz coffee. I bought 2 and asked for them in a large cup. This is out of protocol for then but they obliged me. I asked for vanilla. I scarfed down my chicken biscuit plus Colby cheese like a famished slightly starved human. Took my first big gulp of the coffee (nearly half the cup) The most hard-core cold mud sludge taste ever. I thought they had forgotten my vanilla. Circle back through the driv3 through. Explain. They make me another one. Watch him put in the vanilla and everything. Big swig. (Nearly half the cup)
Bitter cold mud sludge. He asked how it was and be looked so proud to have handled a customer complaint that I didn't have the heart to tell him their coffee is on the boo boo level... I grit grin smile through my mud stained teeth and say it's perfect, just the way I like it. Thank you.

Read moreThis is officially the worse CFA in the country. This my neighborhood CFA and have been here many times, and few have been the times when it's been a pleasant experience. As other reviewers here have said, the service is ALWAYS slow. I had actually private messaged them about how bad their service was because I didn't want to write a bad public review, but tonight was the last time I visit this location. I am not the kind of person to show up right before places close, and so after work I placed my order on the app for drive-thru pick up, drove to this location and was here before 10 pm. I am then told that there are no fries, bummer, but I get it, end of day and they don't want to fire up the frier for my order. So they offer me other sides, but tell me I'll have to pay extra if I want any other side. I tell them that's not right, it's before closing, they're out of an ESSENTIAL item I pre-ordered, I shouldn't have to pay extra for a side substitution. After checking with management I'm told I'll have to pay extra because they're out of fries. So, I drove two doors down to Whataburger. There's Taco Bell, Dickies, Wendy's, that all offer way better service than this, oh and Raising Canes, Sonic and McDonald's! Read moreToday June 8th I was at this chick fil a with my 3 years old daughter and my 20month old son. We just came from the Children Health Pm Pediatric Urgent care literally right across from chick fil a my first question to the dr was if it was contagious and she said NO she said because he had fever that’s usually what happens kids break in in rashes after coming out of the fever. Which he has been out of the fever for over 72hours. Anyways a civilian lady approached me and asked me if I was aware that my boy had rash what type of question is that!?!? People need to mind their own business. I couldn’t believe that she would ask me that it’s just common sense that if your kids are sick and if what their sick with is contagious to stay at home. I wouldn’t put my kid health at risk let along other people kids. This lady made me feel bad enough that I had to let the chick fil a employee and manager that my son have a rash but it was not contagious and that I just came from the dr office across from chick fil a in regarding the rash he had. The manager Kyle was very professional and very nice and told me if anyone gave me any problems to let him know because he said that’s no how chick fil a treat their customer that goes to everyone.
