Go to the drive thru to pick up my order placed online and when we get to the window we're told to come back around when the bar line on our order is complete. Very unprofessional. If I'm ordering at the speaker intercom and paying there at the window rather than in the app am I supposed to still then go back around when my imaginary bar line completes like as if I'm playing a video game in my head for the food being completed? This wastes my time, milage, charge and tires. My cheesy double beef burrito they put creamy jalapeno sauce instead of nacho cheese sauce and the spicy potato soft taco they put hardly anything on it. 6 tiny potatos hardly any lettuce or cheese. Had to go back around to get it fixed. Was told they refuse to fix the spicy potato taco because they were told to just put less on it since it's only a $1 something and the cheesy double beef burrito is now instead of just one thing now a ripped up falling apart tortilla with hardly anything on it and made very poorly. Worst customer service. Terrible people with terrible attitude. I would rather have a refund then the garbage. Completely unacceptable.
Drivers face the risk of deactivation or job loss if they click "leaving" prematurely and then wait for the store to make, pack, and hand over the order. This process places the driver in a difficult position, as they also have a limited timeframe to deliver the order. Failure to adhere to these timeframes can result in deactivation or job loss.
It is crucial that drivers do not confirm and select the "leaving" option until they have received the complete order. The purpose of confirming the order is to acknowledge that the driver has received the entire order, including any necessary drinks. The "leaving" option should be selected once the driver is in their vehicle and ready to proceed to the destination.
It is unacceptable for employees to demand that drivers confirm and select the "leaving" option prematurely. Delivery drivers operate under strict time constraints, and any delays or issues can negatively impact their performance and earnings. Drivers must arrive at the store promptly, as even a long stoplight can result in losing the order.
Upon arrival, drivers are responsible for picking up the order and verifying that it is complete. Only after this verification should any confirmation actions be taken. It is the store's responsibility to have the order ready at the scheduled pick-up time and to hand it over to the driver. While it is appropriate for employees to request confirmation once the order is picked up, it is overstepping to demand it upon the driver's arrival.
I kindly ask that you educate your employees to treat delivery drivers with respect and courtesy. Drivers play a vital role in ensuring that customers receive their orders promptly, and they deserve to be treated fairly. I hope that, moving forward, this respectful attitude will be maintained to ensure a positive experience for all parties involved.

Read moreSo we went in a group of about 8 people. Ofcourse the order was long - I mean, it was 8 people 😑. So let me start with the attitude. Towards the beginning, I saw that the worker was looking towards us and I smiled - I was given a smile which was tailed with an eye roll along with a whisper to another worker. After our order was put in, we knew the food would take a while and just wanted to know an estimate of the waiting time as we did have to pick up more food later on for other family members. When we asked, the lady with pink hair told us that it would take a while cause it’s a long order (she seemed extremely irritated and we understood as it was about 8:30 pm ish and she was probably tired). I said, “I’m sorry, I promise we are not trying to nag at you”. This women (with pink hair) proceeds squint at me, roll her eyes, and say, “ Ok CoOl ThAnKs”. While she does this, she smacks her fists on the table, twirls around with attitude, and starts talking to her worker friend. (while staring at us). Out of the 8, 6 of us were hungry and it had been A WHILE of us waiting, so we asked if we could get the cups for our drinks that way we could atleast have drinks to start. In the beginning they just looked at us like we were crazy and then they gave us the cups, which were the wrong amount with the wrong sizes. So POLITELY, we asked if we could get the right amount. We showed her the order on the account and she kept denying it in a rude manner until she said “Never mind” and got the cups. As the food came, we could tell that it was unorganized but we let it go since by now, it was 10:00 pm. OUR ORDERS WERE DONE WRONG ( mix ups with potatoes and chicken for multiple soft tacos. Some tacos even had missing pieces of food (which we paid extra for). They even had dips missing. Like honestly, this is ridiculous. Yes, taco bell is one of the cheaper places to eat (so we shouldn’t expect much) and I don’t expect the workers to be hyped up with energy at 10 PM, but they DO NOT have the right to speak to us like that or treat any customer like that. I advise that Taco Bell figures this...
Read moreI am a contract driver. I accept an order to place and retrieve from this location. I will not accept another order from this location in the evening to avoid this team/management.
When I arrived at 7:18pm, held the door for a lady who stood in by line behind me. We stood there for almost a full minute with 3 crew workers in line of sight avoiding eye contact or not laying eyes on the register to see if anyone was in line or to greet us.
Being a contract driver I am rated on time, so with that in mind I looked to get the attention of who appeared to be a manager who happened to be busy running ther drive through. Rather than acknowledgingly my and the customer behind me's wait, this individual first let me know that my foot was over the line into the kitchen and that she would be with us as soon as possible.
I returned to my place in line and waited for another young lady who took my order with no issues. As well as the customer behind me.
At 7:22 the order was placed for one empanada, 2 stake chalupas, with no lettuce and no tomato, 2 meximelt, and one large drink.
I'd like to say that the time I waited for my food was prompt and uneventful but that is not the case. In 8 minutes it took them to make those 5 items The previous mention customer and I sat and watched as 3 other families stood at the cashier in suffered a LONGER awkward wait time without being greeted then we had.
7:31 my order was called. I peered into the bag to realize my item count was off by one. I let the gentleman (in a soiled hoody) that set the bag down and called my name know that I was missing something. He asked me to let him know what I was missing I reached into the bag to try to identify the items. I discovered that it was a chalupa that I was missing, but in the process the existing chalupa came open and I touched it with my hands. I asked for 2 more and returned the one I fondled accidentally.
The 2 items were made promptly and I got out the door only 2 minutes later than expected. My customer was pleased with my service, so no explanation for my tardiness...
