I’ve ordered twice from this location this year (2024) after a long hiatus due to previous poor experiences. On my last visit, I picked up my order (boneless chicken & garlic bread). The tracker said my order was ready, but when I got there the young man at the register said it would be “3 more minutes.” He then went to the back. I waited for him to return, but he never did. Just left me standing at the counter. A young female employee eventually came to the register. By that time, 2 other customers were waiting. I asked the young lady for my order. She looked in the warmer & didn’t see it. I told her that the Tracker said it was ready 15+mns ago & the other employee said it would be 3 more minutes—15 mns ago. She then went to the back. I was hoping she wasn’t going to disappear too. She went over to a different young man who was putting toppings on a pizza (digging into the containers bare-handed, I might add), she asked him for “the keys.” He reached into his pocket & got a lanyard with several accompanying keys and gave them to her. He immediately continued to scoop out more toppings with the same bare hand he used to get the keys & lanyard. He later checked his phone & continued making pizzas—no gloves & without ever washing his hands. In the meantime, I’m shocked at what I’m seeing & I’m still wondering why I don’t have my order yet. When she returned I asked her again…only for her to find my order on the bottom shelf of the warmer. It was there the entire time, including when the first young man told me “3 minutes!” No apology. No acknowledgment. Nothing.
First of all, I can’t believe that the establishment still appears to be mostly run by teenagers. These same young people (no visible management) are preparing food: bare-handed, no gloves, touching keys, phones & whatever else we don’t see & they lack quality customer service skills. Im sure the teens & young adults work hard here, but more attention and intention needs to be given to proper food handling, consideration of customers’ health & better customer service.
*This starts with PROPER TRAINING AND MANAGEMENT.
Based on the reviews, if someone at the top doesn’t intervene, I don’t know if many customers will continue to order & spend their money here. We stopped ordering from PH over 5 years ago for similar reasons & don’t plan to ever go back.

Had one of my worst experiences of ordering pizza at this location. I have order at this location before and never had issues but tonight was nightmarish.
I called to order a large veggie pizza. They said it will be ready in 10-15 min. I called back after a min to add one more topping and the guys on the phone said it already in the oven so too late to add a topping. I understood and said its ok. I drive to the location and pay at the counter. While paying the guy tells me it will be another 10-20 min. I asked its just one pizza and I was told it is already in the oven. Why it would take another 10-20 min? He said yeah its in the oven but it takes time for it to get to the "hot box". Never heard of such a thing but I said ok and sat there waiting. Another 20 min pass by and I see people constantly coming in and leaving with their pizzas. I get up after 20 min and inquire about my pizza. They realize that my pizza IS STILL NOT IN THE OVEN!!! I said I was told on the phone 25 -30 min ago that it is in oven and I could not add another topping. I asked them why they kept telling me its in the oven and not telling the truth. I asked for a refund and while they were in the process of refunding me they finally put my pizza in the oven. They said it will take another 6 min if I still want it. I decided to stay another 6 min since THIS TIME IT WAS FINALLY IN THE OVEN!!! More than 6 min pass by and still no sign of my pizza. I finally get up and wave my arms asking where is it? The girl looks at me as if she has not seen me before....seriously? After all the conversation I went through her with. She asks for my phone number again to look up my order and bites her nails. She said SHE GAVE IT TO SOMEONE ELSE!!! She gave it to someone else while I was still sitting there waiting. I was in there waiting for 40 min by now. All I could do was leave as I did not have it in me any more to deal with these clowns!!! Some people are scared of having nightmares seeing clowns in their dreams. My nightmare is going to be seeing me at this dominoes ordering pizza again and again and again and again!!! And it will never be...
Read moreLet me start this by saying this had NOTHING to do with the assistant manager Jacob. He is truly wonderful and goes above and beyond to correct mistakes made by the employees in this restaurant.
The rest of the employees on the other hand.... 1)The young man working the phones could not get my order right. I had to resay what I wanted 5 times and he STILL jacked my order up and rang me up for 2 extra pizzas that I did not order. 2) I have had them not deliver part of my order twice now. The first time it took them over 2hrs to deliver a SALAD that I ordered. We had to call and remind them that we had not gotten it 3 times. Then they did not deliver my wings and I had to call and have the delivery driver come back since he forgot them in his car. 3) When the delivery driver arrived with my fixed pizza he seemed to think he had the authority to ask why he was back and what was wrong. When I stated that my pizza was made incorrectly, he demanded that I show him the incorrect one and tried to tell me it was not made wrong (it was and I proved it to him) but I did not appreciate him giving me the third degree and basically calling me a liar. He really needs to be talked to about his way with customer service. He has no idea how badly I felt having to call and complain, I hate complaining but I knew that pizza would just go uneaten.
And yes I know I am writing out a complaint here, but I feel like since this has happened twice at this same location that the employees need some more training and told how to treat...
