The several times i have came to store #3379 there is a manager/team leader that shouldn’t still have his job. While waiting for the food we order , we heard him using fowl words while speaking to other employees about employees who wasn’t working, speaking to the employees in such a manner that shouldn't be allowed. I’ve worked in customer service and even if it’s fast food, there’s still a standard that needs to be held. He was so caught up with bashing other employees that he forgot to give us my daughter’s toy in her kids meal and her milk. We were going to say something about the milk because that is including in her meal that we paid for, but decided not to because the man was very Confrontational to the point, you did not want to try to speak with him. It is important to note that the community has complained about the said employee I speak about so why is he still employed? Is this the type of employee you want for your company? Read moreWe ordered our food and sat there waiting for it to come out. At least 5 others ordered after us and some with as big of orders as ours or bigger. We had a whopper, 2 chicken sandwiches, a double cheeseburger, and a small fry. As I said some ordered as much as us or more. Well, those 5 got their order along with 2 or 3 in the drive thru. We decided to wait because sometimes things happen. The woman bagging the orders and turning around to give them had to look right at us every time and never thought to ask us until all these other orders had went out. She asks and says I already gave that ordered out which she didn't. She never said our order once but I guess thought she had. She told someone to make out food now and they did. We got it and left because we were just annoyed. She never bothered apologizing and on top of that when we got home they just gave us cold food. Waited early and hour and still have us all cold food. Read moreI recently came in for the first time since June because every time I went there was a problem and sure enough my food was awful and after much aggravation I was given a $10 credit and that's the only reason why I went back and on my second trip my fries were oversalted, I was missing the zesty sauce for my onion rings, the fork for my pie, any napkins and when I complained I was told they would do nothing because I had gotten "multiple resolutions" in the past 30-60 days. Ok I've only been there twice in that time and ONE credit and when I asked them when exactly the dates of these "multiple" times were they refused to give them then blamed the store. At this point I wouldn't go back there if they offered me a $50 credit. DO NOT GO HERE they don't care about making and bagging the orders correctly and they will not make their mistakes right.
