Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in McMinnville

A caregiver and a disable guy went to Mcminnville OR branch 1101711 on 9/2/2018 at 5:58 pm ticket 446705 The disable guy had his seizure alert dog with him (the dog had his service dog, seizure alert vest). The person taking the order was really rude to both, she was demanding to see the disable dog license. It is very noticeable that the guy is disable and she did not care and continued to be rude and embarrassed him in front of other employees. When the caregiver asked to talk to the person in charge, she said she was the manager (she was not wearing a name tag) and she continued asking for the dog license (as I said she was wearing her orange service vest). The disable guy got very scared of her Under ADA and Oregon state law, staff of a restaurant or store can only ask if the dog is a service animal and task, but they cannot ask for the disability or documentation. The caregiver told manager that she was been discriminatory to the disable guy and finally she took the order but she continued to be rude When she finally charged them for the order she used another employee card, Jeremiah R (I don't know if that is permissible in your company When the disable guy got home he told me the story crying and told me he will never go back to Carl Jr I hope you retrain your employees better in regards disable people and their rights, especially managers that supposed to be in charge and know how to...

DO NOT EAT AT THIS CARL'S JR. IT'S TERRIBLE. I CAN'T BELIEVE THE CORP. DOESN'T SHUT THEM DOWN, YES IT'S THAT BAD. C Jr's is normally one of my favorites. I eat very little fast food, though when I do I most commonly choose Burger King or Carl's Jr. And still would. But not this one. This place had a Management change not too long back. And the food quality just flat hit rock bottom. This is a C.J. that is integrated with the Green Burrito. So it seems to me that the fries which at one time were real good, no seem to taste like stail taco shells. So awful that the last time I got fries I threw them out my car window after the first bite. The burger made the same journey moments later. I swore to never return. But months later I got a late night craving for a chocolate milk shake, I mean who could ruin a chocolate shake right? The nice girl at the drive thru window that night told me that she would never eat at that store. I think she tried her best with the shake which was awful and tasted old and stail. Her telling me she wouldn't eat there was a warning I guess. Should have listened to her. . Well go try for your self, but rest assured I certainly never will again. The food is simply divine! If you like chicken strips, this is the place to get them. They are so juicy and they do not skimp like other restaurants. If you order five, you will probably get six just because they wanna make sure that you get a happy amount. Their burgers are Out of this world. I’m a fan of the jalapeño burger but I don’t like bread so they wrap it up with lettuce. I can go on and on. They have a manager in the afternoon evening and her name is Nancy. She is very special and helpful and quite patient. We are extremely grateful. Sign up for their app and every one dollar you spend is worth 10 stars.
