Burger King — Restaurant in McMinnville

Please stay away, at least in the mornings! Started off I had to wait 5 min to even order. Then I was over charged(because she didn't think the biscuit sandwich was part of the deal and argued with me over it until I brought up the menu)so I asked for the over charge to be refunded. In the middle of the 2 girls trying to figure that out they tell me they're out of hash browns (ok no problem it happens) so I ask for that to be refunded as well that I would just take the sandwiches I ordered. My total was $19.36. I ordered 4 sandwiches on the 2 for $5 (2 of which I was over charged for) and 2 hash browns. 4 sandwiches was $10.00.... So logic would say they owed me $9.36 back. Nope! I sat in the drive thru for almost 20 min while they tried to figure out how much they owed me. Then tried to tell me they only owed me for the over charged sandwich and I could have onion rings or fries. So I had to reiterate that I just wanted the sandwiches. Took them another almost 10 minutes to figure out the rest of the refund. She then tried to hand me my food that had been sitting in a bag on the counter this whole time (30 minutes), I asked if I could please get fresh food, that what was sitting there was probably cold. I was told to park and wait. So I did. 3 vehicles have now come thru the drive thru so I walked in and asked if my food was ready (they had their trays full of breakfast sandwiches waiting to go into bags), "it's coming!" I was told. I can only assume they were going to serve the entire line (which wasn't there until the last 5 min I was sat in the drive thru) of 6 cars before serving me. I asked 6 separate times what the managers name was and she completely ignored me. Finally she gave me the name. I got home and my order wasn't even right! The biscuit was burnt and there was no egg on the sandwich. I have NEVER had such AWFUL...

EDIT: Food wasn't fine. They messed up both of the burgers we ordered, so edited this. We didn't even bother trying to go in or fix it since we were on our way out of town, and there was a pretty big line and didn't want to wait for it to be remade, we ended up just getting food when we got into Wilsonville.

Food was fine, it's burger king so hard to mess it up, but the chick that took our order was rude AF. Was super abrupt, and then said "is everything correct on the screen". It was not so we mentioned this, and she got an attitude and said "It must be a different order I have it all here". We asked her to read it back to make sure it was correct, and she actually huffed before speed reading it. Sorry, it's not my fault your screen is wrong, and we weren't rude, we just said "that doesn't look like our order". Not going...

Came to this Burger King because obviously it’s new… first things first horrible service waited to order for 10 mins just to order through the drive thru. Once I got up to the window the guy that took my order had no idea what I ordered asking me 4 times what I ordered than another lady came and asked him “what did they order?” He than replies “I don’t know ask them”. After he had asked 4 times what our order was and still couldn’t tell his coworker. I understand it’s a fast food place and obviously it’s not a 5 star restaurant but the service was terrible for a new place that just opened up. Also I ordered a whopper with no tomatoes, pickles and onions and another whopper with no pickles… these people put pickles in my burger when I had asked for no pickles. Highly do not recommend coming here and rather go...
