What a frustrating experience. We won't be back. I kept telling the drive thru person I couldn't hear her, the speaker is way too quiet. She didn't even try to speak more clearly.
When I got up to the window she asked if I wanted chips and cookies. I said no thanks. Then she gave me nothing but sandwiches. I told her the kids had kids meals, she told me that I had declined the sides, and I told her I didn't hear her ask if we wanted the sides. She said that's what she asked.
I said "oh, all I heard was 'chips and cookies?'
Apparently even though the menu said applesauce, I was supposed to know that when they said chips and cookies they were asking if I wanted the applesauce for the kids meal? And no meant I wanted nothing?
I asked if it didn't come with a drink either, so then she listed off drinks, gave them the juice boxes, and told me it was okay, i could just have them. What does that mean? Was that not a part of the kids meal?
Then we got to the park and I learned they had confused "everything" for "nothing" on my sandwich!
I asked for a BLT with half everything and half pepperonis, lettuce and tomato. The BLT was instead half nothing and half peppercinis. It didn't even have mayonnaise on it. How do you confuse everything with nothing?
The kids sandwiches were supposed to have everything except spicy stuff, and they had everything, even the spicy stuff...so I traded with them.
Such a nightmare to even try to order, they got every single thing wrong, and...

I ordered a footlong, then when I tried to add bacon at the end, the person taking my order told me, "next time you need to add the bacon first". How was I supposed to know that?? Instead they should have just added it (no questions) I was willing to wait.
Then I tried to order a second footlong, which the person replied, "next time tell me first if you want to order 2 sandwiches". Again, wrong. There should be no attitude or talk back when ordering food over a phone or through a drive-thru, no matter the customization or quantity.
I really do enjoy the food at Subway. Its unfortunate this individual had ZERO customer service skills. I probably will not visit this...

The teenagers don't know anything had issues ordering online ask them to discount on the register and stated you have to oder online to get discount like i stated the online is down shrugged their shoulders I don't know then.. I know it can be done on the register I have worked subaway.subway..
