Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in McMinnville

I waited 45 minutes for a extra most bestest pizza today that was ordered online. Upon arriving and going inside the store I was told it was coming out now. Which was cool pick up time was 604 and my phone said 603 no biggie. After waiting 20 minutes I ask again about it and the cashier goes and checks and comes back to tell me they're getting it ready now be just a minute. So I tell them okay that's fine. I wait patiently for another 15-20 minutes (mind you I was trying not be rude and blow my top) when I go back up and not so nicely and yes maybe I shouldn't have ask one more where my food is they say hang on they'll check. Where after a couple minutes I'm approached by a different employee who ask my order I repeat what I ordered and she looks confused goes to check for it comes back only to tell me to give her 7/8 more minutes. They hadn't even started it, made it, or started getting it together. Some of the employees where playing around in the back and gossping about other employees. Some of the female workers and atleast 1 male worker had there hair down and not secured properly. One employee was in Crocs, short shorts, and her hair was long enough to go down almost to her butt and she had it down. Two of the employees where so slow that it took one of them 45 minutes to bag one pan one crazy bread. O and the lack of proper hand washing. I watched a few employees touch there face, scratch there head, and even touch there hats and never wash there hands. We usually never have a problem here and love this place. I don't usually do reviews but this time I feel something needs to be said. Yesterday evening was probably the worst experience at Little Caesars ever! The cashier was extremely rude and unfriendly no smiles, no thank yous, and no apologies! When I was asked how she could help me at the window, I attempted to order three different items off the hot and ready menu only to be told one of the items was no longer available and the other two were completely out! I asked what was available and was told only the standard pepperoni pizza. Regretfully I agreed to purchase one of those alone because I was already in a hurry. Cashier hatefully stated my total and I paid and she thrust my pizza out the window at me. I still tried to thank her anyway and got no response and no apology in return! I got home with the one pizza I received only to discover it was clearly not fresh and looked as well as tasted as if it had been sitting there for quite some time. It wasn't hot but more like Luke warm and not very good at all! I realize these are cheap pizzas anyway, but have ordered many times in the past and the quality was much better and pizza was hot and ready as advertised! The cashier's have never had an attitude as this one did yesterday evening as well. At 5pm in the evening, the items on the hot and ready menu should be just that! So bad...I don't usually give bad feedback for anything unless it's epic..and this was the perfect storm of disgusting. I work in food service and have a long time. As a manager. As crew. Service. All.of.it. So I try to be super understanding. Buuuuuut...y'all...DO BETTER! First..apparently you can't order deep dish pizza for dinner. So we got cheesy bread with sauce and pepperoni? I think? It was so raw we had to cook it ourselves. No biggie right? Sure whatever. The crazy bread must of been leftover from yesterday..because it was so old when we tried make it warm it went rock hard. And what's with the ice cold sauce? Is that normal? And whoever trained your counter staff should be fired. They're the first people you see when you come in. So why the hateful silence and hostile answers? I know you could care less if I say I'm never coming back...so I won't. I.probably will in 10 years if you're still in business.
