I want to make it known that this was only the second time I’ve been in McDonalds in the last year. Had an issue last week of items missing from my takeout order. When I got home I called and the woman who answered the phone made it sound like it wasn’t a big deal and it happens often. I was told to come back in and they will take care of it. I went in this morning to pickup an order and told them about it. The employee at the register took care of it. When my order was done (upon entry and leaving it took 37 minutes) the employee handed me the bag and then the manager stepped in and started asking me questions. When, who did I speak too, etc. I didn’t have the name of who I spoke too because of the way the conversation went I was lead to believe this was a normal thing. I don’t usually go here so I didn’t know. Needless to say the manager was fairly aggressive and not happy about it and started to cause a slight scene. I told them to keep the two items and walked out. I’m not sure what caused that but I will not be going back. I still paid for food that I never received. I will be calling my credit card company to do a charge back at this point. It wasn’t even about the money. It’s the principle behind it and the way I was treated. Read moreIt just couldn’t get any worse. Where the hell is the leadership in this McDonalds? I’m sorry, I want to love this place. It’s the only fast food joint locally but… #1 oh my gosh, it’s so dirty! Went inside and saw how filthy the kitchen is and I decided to leave. #2 before I went in, I had gone through the drive through. How can you park people and still serve gross food? It’s cold or old but nothing short of gross. Finally, it is the WORST coffee in town! This is such a shame since McDs coffee is normally my favorite. There are some really sweet young people that work here but the simple fact is, this place needs leadership. Someone who assures that orders don’t take 25 minutes in the parking spot, a leader who assures that food quality meets McDonald’s standards (that shouldn’t be really difficult) and a leader who takes the time to come out front and clean the dining room after he or she has cleaned the filthy kitchen. Read moreLast time visiting this establishment, since I always use my McDonals app this specific Spanish lady with black long hair takes my order most of the time, I noticed from the beginning she had a bad attitude towards me. I recognize her voice when ever she take my order through the drive thru, I believe she knows who I am as well bc of my username on the app, all the time I go there and she is the one that takes or dispatch my order there is always something wrong with my order. I don’t trust her specifically handling my food bc last time she gave me something that it tasted horrible, I had to throw it out immediately. I called and spoke to the manager and told her to make sure that specific employee is not doing anything wrong to people food.
