I ordered a meal from this place and they got the order wrong. I called them about 10 minutes after I got home to tell the girl the order was wrong. I asked her if she wanted me to bring the food back She told me no her boss would call me and work it out he never called so I called again a few days later spoke to the owner or whoever said he would look into and call me back. He never called me back and he told me on the phone that I should’ve just dealt with my pasta the way it was, but I do not agree with that, if I do not get what I ordered I don’t feel like I should have to just deal with the food that I bought because I did offer to bring the food back I feel I’m entitled to a refund because I did not get what I ordered and I do not appreciate her boss never calling me I wasn’t rude or nasty to them that’s his Employees fault that she told me not to bring the food back. I placed an early order. My credit card was charged immediately. The confirmation email stated that the restaurant was closed and that the order would be accepted once the restaurant opened. On route for pickup, I saw an email that the order was canceled and that I would be refunded. I called RG to question why this happened. I didn't receive a clear explanation. Perhaps it was because the young lady who took my call was too busy laughing. Nonetheless, I ordered the pizza. After I paid for it, I checked it before returning home. This last time I called and said I ordered tenders and fries and I did not receive any fries and they gave me an attitude and then preceded to tell me that if I wanted the fries I had to BRING BACK ALL 5 chicken fingers for them to correct my order!
