Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Medford Township

May 20th, I purchased an extra large pizza. Took 1 slice for each person, 2 out of the 3 slices had dark brown med length hair pulled out of the cheese when bitten in to. Called manager, he seemed unfazed with a last minute quick apology but promised refund. I told him I have the remaining pie and the two strands of hair in a bag for proof. He refused. He stated he was refunding me now. I called on Friday spoke to a female manager. (Other was male)Told her of what happened, she looked up notes and said she said "refunds take time" got extremely rude and smart attitude...even told me there is no corporate office to call and hung up. I emailed corporate 2x's still no response. DO NOT GO HERE...very unclean environment. Esp. Durung the Covid-10 quarantine where health and safety are paramount!! At present...still no...

Horrible decision. Placed our order and was told 15 min. We got there 15 min later and as told it would be another 10-15 min. It ended up being more like 20-25 min. Did not seem busy other than another patron waiting as well. He told me he was also waiting for a long time. What bothered me more than my wait was he got his order before me and when he went to pay with cash the woman at the counter said I don't have change. He was much more polite than me because he said it's OK and walked out. As he passed me he said good luck. I don't care if change was 35 cents or $15 you BETTER have the change in a place of business!!! I will never be back to this PJ again. I'll take the 5 min ride up the road to Dominoes and give them a shot. So...

I have always loved this store but today was a little different. I placed an order for a large pie on my phone and my mom went to pick it up, she asked to add breadsticks to the order and to add extra garlic sauce. My mom got charged for the breadsticks and the sauce. She waited twenty minutes and still no breadsticks, she asked what happened and they explained a driver took them by accident, we can make them again it’ll be another 10 minutes. My mom was so sick of waiting she got the pizza and walked out. (Yes she paid already) She got home and we realized our large pizza was not cut, and had no extra sauce that she paid for.
