Bagels are old school boiled than baked daily onsite (no gluten, no trans fat). Owners are very proud of the traditional process.

Review of bagels. Baker dozen (13) take out. Mixed review. Everything bagels were absolutely outstanding! Soft chew and toppings on both sides! Others like the jalapeno bagels were overcooked and were not as tasty as they should have been.

Medford Bagel Shop:

I stopped into today due to an appointment in the area. I was immediately greeted by a very friendly staff and placed my order immediately. Once I placed my to go order I did not have to wait long for some good bagels and a Breakfast Burrito. When in the area I would definitely return.

Items Ordered: -Breakfast Burrito w/ Salt, Pepper, & Ketchup -Toasted Everything Bagel w/ Chive Cream Cheese & Tomato -Toasted Onion Bagel w/ Veggie Cream Cheese & Tomato -1/2 Dozen Mixed Bagels -Veggie Cream Cheese

Pros: Friendly service Bagels are good. Not chewy and very firm. Gourmet cream cheeses are really flavorful and fresh tasting.

Cons: The Breakfast Burrito definitely lacked on sausage and pork roll, especially on one half. Mostly egg and potatoes. I've been to this place a few times and their food is awesome. I went here the other dayand ordered the cucumber wrap, jalapeño cream cheese everything begal and scrapple egg and cheese begal. It was hands down the best breakfast we've ever had and we've been to alot of breakfast places. The begals are amazing their giant and have seasoning on both sides. This is the reason why I don't always trust reviews. Were so glad we came here its our new spot and we live 25 mins away [update: I'm pretty upset with medford begal right now I called them at 1:40 and they told me they were open untill 2:30 today even tho their page says 3 I drive 20 mins each time to give them business and we pull up today at 15 after with another car and they say their closed you shouldn't tell people 230 if you want to close whenever im just getting a little tired of guessing what time they close its getting to the point where I'm gonna just stop attempting to come out here they need to fix...
