It was a very crowded with about 5 or 6 birthday parties with atleast 15 to 20 adults with 1 or 2 kids per adult so there was about 35 people per party so it was super busy the staff handled it very well and the cooks in the kitchen were doing exceptionally great with keeping the quality of food that came out being perfectly cooked in a timely manner even though it was as busy as it gets. The quarter gaming machines that they have are (to be honest) a complete rip off they have 4 claw machines that don't grab anything at all and the 1 claw machine that you could win at was $1 per play for a cheap rubber duck. There was only 1 machine that was a video game and it was broken down so as I sat and watched endless numbers of kids and adults play the claw machines for about 2 hours not 1 single person won at any of the stuffed animal machines because the claws were designed to not grab with enough pressure to even move any of the prizes personally when I played the claw machines they literally grabbed and released the prize right as it starts to lift the prize up. All of the machines completely let's go of the prizes everytime they were played. Personally I wasted about 20 dollars to play the machines with my kids trying to win them a prize only to leave with 2 rubber ducks worth .50 cents at most for the 20 we spent. Whoever owns the machines easily made more than $300 off of kids that mostly left empty handed or with a rubber duck. So for that reason alone they need to either fix your machines or just remove them because it's not worth the crying kids for the owners of the machines to have made so much profit without the machines to give up any prizes except a handful of rubber ducks that maybe cost $5 total at most to fill the machine up with them. Aside from the ripoff machines the food and staff were great to deal with and made exceptional food. We will be back but not to use the ripoff machines at all hopefully they will fix the 1 machine that was a racing machine because the kids atleast would have enjoyed playing that instead of being ripped off on...
Read moreI visited this Angelo's location on 1/9/19, ordered a JJ's special, potatoes and a pitcher of beer. They called my name for my order, when I got to the register to pay the cashier did not remember that I asked to keep an open tab and to do so they hold your card, she tried to say that I did not leave my card at the register and after about 5 minutes of arguing, she finally found it under the register. I get back to my table, sit down and grab a slice of pizza, start eating it and I get a weird taste so I spit it out on my plate and look at it and I am not over exaggerating when I say the hamburger meat was completely RAW!!! At this point, I am completely disgusted so I go to the register and show them, the manager says that he will make a new pizza which in my opinion is great but once the second pizza came, the meat was still raw...not as bad as the first time but you could see it clearly. Finally, I am completely over it cause not only was the service bad but I was hungry and didn't get to eat anything but their damn potatoes. I go up to the register to finalize my order and head home, the manager tells me that they are going to give me a $5 discount on the family size JJ's special and I can pay for the entire replacement pizza. I thought he was joking, I literally argued with the manager because I do not think I should have to pay for a pizza that not only had RAW meat on the 1st try but also on the second try AND I only ate 1 piece. He was completely rude to his employee who was clearly embarrassed and in shock of how he was acting. You could tell he did not care about anything. I ended up only paying for my drinks and potatoes and told him I would be in contact with the main manager about his terrible service. I used to do 2 nights a month at Angelo's for employee gatherings and I will never be back after this. I am only rating 1 star because I have to leave a rating in order to post...
Read more(this is actually Autumn posting this) So I go to angelos literally ALL THE TIME. I had both my baby showers there, my husband goes there to watch football. Angelos is my kids favorite pizza place and it’s always been good to us until now. I live way out in the woods and was in town yesterday. Decided to pick up a pizza. I spoke on the phone to the woman and she kept asking me over and over to repeat myself. She couldn’t comprehend what I was saying for some reason?! Well I spent 31.00. Drive ALL the way home to trail, sit down to eat dinner with my family and find that the pizza is wrong. I wanted a whole pepperoni pizza. I got half pepperoni and half sausage. No one in my family likes sausage so we didn’t have enough pizza to feed my family. So around 10 at night after being in town all day and thinking I’d be in bed shortly. I had to make dinner for my hungry family. I called angelos today to see what could be done and you know what he said??? He argued with me and insinuated that I was lying. Not once have I ever had a problem or complained in the past. NOT ONCE. And the first time in years that my order got messed up I get accused of lying. Then he told me that if I brought back the entire pizza, then he would make my order right. And THAT WAS THE OWNER. I will never again spend a dime there. Because it’s poor business skills to not get what I paid for, then for them not be willing to make it right. Very poor people skills. And I get accused of lying. When of course the workers are going to say they did everything right so they don’t get in trouble. Seriously? The customer is always right??? I’m a liar? Over $30?? Lol So ridiculous. You just lost a lot of business. A whole lot more...
