Two stars and I'm being generous, honestly. Came through and I was the only car in line. I placed my order of 4 piece chicken basket with the queso dip and a medium Carmel Java chip blizzard. The girl at the speaker clearly wasn't paying attention because she asked for my order again after I finished ordering. Should have been my first clue. Pulled up to the window, wasn't greeted by any means, she made no attempt to even care just took my card. Another woman practically threw my order out the window at me, got frustrated with my blizzard lid and didn't even bother to put it on properly before thrusting it and my card at me then closed the window. Come to find out, my order was not right at all. My blizzard was not what I ordered at all. It was a completely different blizzard and one that had nuts in it, causing an allergic reaction. Upon returning, both ladies were on their cell phones, not paying attention andgave me attitude, when they finally acknowledged me,about the blizzard and how the one made it exactly right but gave me the wrong one. Then proceeded to attempt to argue that the blizzard didn't have nuts in it. They finally made the right one for me but jeez. Read moreWe have lived in the neighborhood of this Dairy Queen for 10 years. This is the Dairy Queen we usually go to because it’s nearby and convenient. Today was the last time we will ever go to this Dairy Queen in West Main st in Medford. I ordered a medium vanilla cone and it was handed to me with the top of the cone completely crushed/broken. I decided not so say anything because I do t like confrontation. This was just the last straw to a very long list of bad service and food quality over the years. Off the top of my head: LONG wait times in the drive thru even though the line is short, MANY incorrect orders over the years where I have either had to go back in line to get the right thing or go inside and wait in line inside. Not honoring their “free blizzard” if they dont hand it to you upside down. Getting a blizzard with a glob of food coloring sitting on top not even mixed in. Employees with visibly dirty hands. Bad attitude from the manager and employees. Hair in sandwiches. Visibly sick employee handling food (coughing, runny nose) And many more. I rarely ever say anything , but the few times I did I was met with a major attitude like it was my fault. Kelsey chiasm(manager) is in a relationship with Tim(owner)She feels she can treat customers how every she wants because of this reason and If any of the girls don't like you or if they feel you where rude to them they will do nasty stuff to you're blizzard's/food they spit in you're food they have even whipped the buns of you're burger on the toilet seat (DO NOT EAT HERE) Who knows what they have done to you're food already but it's just plain sick to top it off they have sex in the office and do sexual things in the walk-in freezer next to all the food.They only hire very close friends and family that agree with the way the do things. Believe me I have had friends and family work there and quit because it was disgusting and plain wrong.
