Dear Assistant Manager Ayala, I’m writing this review to your store in discontent with the service your store employees have provided, and concerning the service you’ve provided as an assistant manager. I hope you do not find this review as a rant and discard it from your consciousness because of your refusal to look beyond information that is not your own opinion.
In review of my order; Today I had ordered two medium pizzas with one topping, garlic knots, cinnamon twist, and a 2 liter sprite to be delivered to my address which falls under the coverage of your pizza shops operation of business. I had tipped in the name of the unspoken trust between the patron and business establishment; to deliver quality service, since realistically, perfection is out of reach.
The employees you supervise did not add sauce to my barbecue chicken pizza and made my second pizza, a garlic chicken parmesan pizza. The order itself took 1 hour and 10 minutes to arrive to its final destination, only to be wrong. I called the business to solve the problem between ”I” the consumer, and “you“ the business. The talk we had was short and ended with you telling me “your refund will take 3-5 business days.” You did not make the effort to solve the problem as a “manager” would.
A manager would have done everything in his or her power to avoid a refund by insisting on making everything right. They would begin with a sincere apology and offer an extension of service, only a manager could provide. A true manager’s intent is to help the business grow through excellent service and sales, which ultimately boost profits, and in turn, raises the pay of the employees. How poetic…
But you chose to find the fastest way to get me off the phone instead of “making things right.” Not only did you quickly offer a refund, but you proved your position as assistant manager to be nothing more than “a glorified supervisor.” you chose to watch instead of using power. Your actions will be repeated because you clearly do not strive for more. Not in just this business but also in life. Instead of seeking to be a Sales business executive, you reach for “the low hanging fruit.” That is insanity and I hope you will break out of your circle someday.
“In order to move from where you stand in life, You must take a...
Read moreCouple weeks ago I placed an order with this Dominos for my mom. I ordered a small pepperoni pizza with cheesy crust on the automated phone. I then proceeded to call and spoke to IRMA ( I believe that was her name) I asked if they would be kind enough to bring to the 3rd floor and leave on my moms counter that the door would be left open because she is in her 90’s and had a hard time walking. An hour after order was placed we find out that 2 pizza’s were left down stairs in lobby on a side table. Thankfully one of the elders in her building recognized name and she told delivery person that they should bring pizza up to her because she could not walk very well and she said he just ignored her and took off. I called them and asked why 2 pizzas when I ordered one and confirmed with the person immediately after I called because there was no option for special instructions. Too long to write everything I endured but they were very very very unprofessional and extremely rude. The guy whom I spoke with lied and said his name was Pedro he told me that he would give my mom a credit. Well today I called so they can honor that credit and endured the same rude and unprofessional behavior. So they basically lied about the credit to shut us up . Aside from that when I call today I found out that the gentlemen who told me his name was Pedro LIED about his real name. The story gets worst but very very long. My only wish is that cooperate listens to the phone calls between us and how RUDE they were at this store. So so sad that my mom loves and used to order here on a weekly basis and how they lost a great customer. What saddens me most is that they had no care that she is in her 90’s and they could of cared less. I’d cooperate sees this and can go back to original phone calls between us I would be the happiest so they can hear for themselves how disgraceful,...
Read more2nd Update: May 19th 2024. I walked in to.pick up my order and the girl who is supposed to be at the register is talking to the 2 people making the orders with her back to the door. They had to tell her I was there. Other Domino's use stickers with order numbers on the sticker on the boxes, but not this franchise. If you pay cash and don't know your order number is on your receipt, if there are any problems, you are out of luck if you through it away. New York style pizza was cut wrong! Sliced not even. Pizza didn't have enough sauce and I ordered extra sauce. I gave this Domino's one last chance and the food sucked! Next time, my friend will pick up order in Melrose, who has excellent customer service and ALWAYS makes your order correctly! What a waste of 14 dollars!!! Update: I called to complain. The manager got on the phone and when I asked her her name, she said "the manager" really? What kind of customer service is that? Also, there were no stickers on the 2 large pizzas I ordered and picked up. That means no order number so this manager couldn't offer me a refund. Did I mention that before this order yesterday, I had a 20 dollars credit from the last time I ordered. The pizza was very dry. Not enough sauce. This will be the last time I order from this Domino's. I've never been treated so rudely in my whole life! I called the order in yesterday and picked it up at 4pm. 1 large pepperoni and sausage as well as 1 large pineapple pizza. Don't have a commercial state a carry out deal, of 6.99 for a large 2 topping pizza, carry out only, but then when someone calls to place an order, you say it's only for online orders. Ridiculous!!! This means you lie! Wonder if it's only this franchise or if it's national at...
