Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Medford

Very good pizza!!! While alot of times a fast food pizza delivery store is just a basic generic pizza that is virtually the same no matter what the place is called, the service and the taste that we received from this Dominos far exceeded any we have had from other stores of the same name. The pizza rivaled any of the "gormet" pizza places we have done business with in the entire country. Their ingredients were of higher quality and the service was phenomenal. I’ve been going to this dominos for 2 year and never had a problem until last night. I placed an online order for 2 pizzas and the lady who made them messed up. Alyssa, the manager, said she would either refund the 2 and I can take them or she will credit 2 free pizzas next time I come in. Okay that sounds good. No. Tonight I made my order and Alyssa, the manager, made it seem like I was conning my way to getting 2 free pizzas. She was very disrespectful to me and also disrespectful to my girlfriend over the phone. I don’t know who oversees the management position but no one should be treated like a thief like I did. It's gone down in quality over the years. Each year they seem to reduce the amount of toppings, sizes of pizza and then raise prices. Which I understand inflation and all I just think of you raise prices, don't reduce toppings. It even says that some of my past pizza orders are unavailable due to new portion sizes for each topping! As far as taste the pizza is good. Always arrives hot and made fresh. I do appreciate that they are open late every night til 11p as I work late. Prices are on apr with other chain pizza places. They run specials constantly so if you pick up a coupon or catch a special it makes a much better deal. Drivers have always been friendly and professional as well.
