Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Medford

My boyfriend and I pulled into this stand this morning around 10am and placed our order with the male broista, and he turned around to be yelled at by the female broista. Both of the drive thru windows were open so everyone could hear her…. She yelled at the top of her lungs “NO I DON’T CARE! YOU’RE NOT OFF RIGHT NOW YOU’RE STAYING!!” Well… unfortunately for her she didn’t realize we could hear her and when her and I met eyes she said, “oh” and went quiet. But a few moments later continued to yell at the poor guy. He handed us our drinks but didn’t say much and looked shut down. I showed up ten minutes before close understanding that it was late and just wanting to order one drink. When I showed up there was another car in front of me that must have received a drink before I had arrived. I arrived at 9:50 and was waiting till 10:02 to order a drink and when I arrived at the window the girl just said sorry we are closed. I would have understood if I had showed up at a later time but she was just talking to the person ahead till they were closed. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Dutch bros and truly a waste of my time. I hope the lady in front of me at least...

I showed up and asked for a cold pour large ice tea and then guy repeated back to me my order as a cold pour and gave him my card and tipped him. Well they tried to give it to me with ice and I said no I asked for a cold pour and made me sit there for 5 minutes trying to figure out how to refund me just to charge me again for an extra dollar for him ringing it wrong. Honestly Dutch Bros has gone very down hill in their service.
