Dunkin' — Restaurant in Medford

This location has actually had some of the best employees I’ve ever met in different locations. The problem is that one of the owners Vincent or Vinny has the hots for women of color (black, Hispanic, Indian etc.) so he hires attractive but unfortunately some of the dumbest females on planet earth just to get his way with them. The manager at this location for example will hire 300 people for one shift and then wonder why she has no coverage for other shifts! Will fire former managers yet take all the bad apples from local stores and say nobody wants to work. She will tell you the store isn’t busy so that her husband (assistant manager) and sister in law (supervisor) can all leave together and none will pick up for you nor be there on weekends leaving you by yourself to tend to thousands of mobile orders with hundreds of students in the lobby with no help no supervision and she never orders enough products and everything in that store stops working at certain time of day from register, oven, latte machine , you name it. In addition out of 9 employees 3 speak English! Perhaps why the orders are wrong even after reciting them 300 times. The bathrooms are locked because that’s how she wants it. Not a brand or corporate thing. This is what one of the owners want simply to have an affair when he and the wife ain’t seeing eye to eye. With so many locations and guaranteed money owners don’t care! Dunks will always sale, will always make money, will always be in high demand until the end of all times no matter how bad the franchises/owners are wether the Leo’s, cafua management, d&d donuts, the waldwins etc. this location should be the best in this area instead I rather go to Boston,...

I can't believe I am writing this because I never usually leave reviews, (I normally don't have time for them LOL!). But I had such a fantastic experience at this location I wanted to share my story. It was around 4:30am this monday, there was only one employee working and his name was Victor. Man, Victor served me up well. I can't express how much of a nice, handsome, respectful, young man this gentleman was to me. I am disabled and I look forward to going out. When I went to get my favorite strawberry refresher with green tea, this nice man greeted me in the drive through and was nothing short of polite, friendly, and handsome. Victor started a conversation with me when he gave me my order because the location wasn't busy. We talked for a solid 5 minutes at 4:30am and it just made my entire day. If you are reading this Victor, thank you for cheering me up on a gloomy day. I wish you well and success at your job at this location and hope to be served...

I recently tried this place again after a few negative experiences. The inconsistency and change in staff gave me hopes that things would be different this time around.

My order was for a Medium Cold Brew with Caramel and Cream. Let me just warn you... if you must get cold brew, this is definitely not the dunkins for it.

After getting the cold brew and drinking 1/3rd of it, my brother noticed that I started looking pale. Very quickly after becoming pale, I could hear my heartbeat, very weird. After about 10 mins, my mouth became salty and I had to rush to the bathroom and threw up like crazy.

After throwing up, I immediately felt better. Bad cream? No idea but Dunkins customer relations was notified and took my concerns seriously as this affects public health.
