First off, the pizza was burnt. I ordered half pepperoni and half eggplant large pizza. Then the delivery driver was very rude. She had long brown hair and an accent. My pizza was 23 and with tip, the total was 27. I gave her 40 dollars and said I wanted 13 dollars back. She said "I don't have 13 dollars. "Then she looked at her phone to see how much my order was. I told her exactly how much it was without and with the tip. She said she had 10 dollars and would have to get the rest in her car. I said that was fine. Then, to make things easier on her, because she was parked at the front door, I went downstairs so she didn't have far to walk at all, just a couple of steps. I was flabbergasted when she gave me the 3 dollars and said "next time, when you order a pizza, just say you need change for 40 dollars because it's frustrating to have to go to my car to get more money." I will NEVER order from here again. It has been over a year since I last ordered because my.pixxs was made wrong and when I called to let them know, I was yelled at by the manager. I only ordered from here yesterday because Casa Pizza is closed on Sunday. Clearly the delivery driver hates her job and is not a people person. All drivers should have 20 dollars in change on them at all times. She just wanted me to say it was okay so she got more money for a tip. I should have not given her a tip after the attitude...
Read moreJust ordered from Pinis pizza online for the first time,I ordered by phone from the old location for like 20 yrs and it’s always been good thin crust pizza the way I like it..so I’ve been ordering the last few weeks from the new location in Medford at the old Espressos pizza and it hasn’t changed. I like this location better cuz they have seating now in case I want hot out of the oven which is always the best.. For anyone that hasn’t tried their pizza, you really should give ‘em a shot you won’t be disappointed trust me,my favorite pizza is a custom.. I like it with blue cheese sauce instead of tomato with pepperoni and red roasted peppers over the cheese well done, everyone that tastes it at my house loves it..and it’s great heated up in the toaster oven. But I wanted to add that the online ordering worked out great without issues took a few minutes to register and add my payment method so it should be a snap next week and it’s not through Grubhub or Door dash or Uber eats so there’s no extra charge no third party it’s free delivery plus a tip of coarse… so good luck to Pinis and the new place I’m sure they’ll kill it there with the tufts kids.
