Subway (West Main) — Restaurant in Medford

Astounded by the awful customer service! I ordered curbside as I have a toddler and as anyone with children knows getting in and out of the carseat let alone juggling 4 sandwiches and a toddler is tough on a good day. When I ordered I was told I could pay at my car and the sandwiches would be ready in 10 minutes. I arrived 15 minutes later and called to let the store know I was there (as the curbside sign says to do) a woman with a latin accent answered the phone and said she'd just gotten the order and would be out soon. Another 15 minutes goes by and I call back to check on my sandwiches and was told (by the same woman) I now had to come in and pay for my sandwiches and get them myself. I explained my situation, the reson for my curbside order and not being able to come in but the woman told me they had a lot of orders and another woman in the backround (the original woman who took my order) says, "believe it or not" with an attitude like me ordering sandwiches was such an inconvenience - literally the reason for her job. I understand it's hard to find employeess after the pandemic but hiring people who truly don't care about customer service or how they represent their employer is just as bad as not having employees. I will not be returning to this establishment. will not be going back. Asked for 3 protein bowls made chicken, bacon, and ranch. He heated the wrong chicken, and then told me it'd be extra for the bacon. When I questioned it, he said; "because I put the wrong chicken in it." I'm not paying extra because you made a mistake. He proceeded to make the bowls when his coworker told him to just put the chicken back and make it the way I asked. Then I asked for a breakfast sandwich and they didn't put any egg on it as requested. The guy was touching his face the entire time and looked so annoyed by everything. It was nasty and appalling. Even asked if I wanted everything heated up and I said yes. The chicken was real cold as well as the bacon. Terrible...

Ordered online. Got it home and the sandwich was hard as a brick and chips were missing. Went back and asked them to remake the sandwich. Aden said no he can't cause I ordered online. Asked him if he would eat the sandwich, he poked it with his finger and said no he wouldn't eat it. He then went to the back and left me standing there not knowing what was happening. Upon his return I asked for my money back. He was very rude said not his fault as he didn't make the sandwich. As a manager myself I advised him when a customer comes in and has an issue you should apologize and fix it ( remake the sandwich) the young man then let me know that's not how the world works.
