Waited in the drive through for 40 minutes today 5 cars in front of us when we pulled in, the waiting isn’t the problem it’s the customer service and ability to complete a simple task.
Finally got to the ordering intercom had to repeat myself 5-8x she still couldn’t get the 2 items correct, there was a line 15 cars long behind me, the man in front us was clearly frustrated as well after sitting there at the order window (no one in front of him) for 15 minutes. After continuously trying to relay/correct my order, I asked her if she could stop and listen and she told me to get the HELL out of her drive through!
With pleasure! I won’t be back!
I get that everyone is under staffed. But wow, I’ve worked customer service. If you can’t focus and take down an order, and multitasking is clearly a challenge for you, just finish what you're doing, I can wait that is NOT a problem. No one wants to repeatedly repeat themselves or have to continuously correct you because you lack the basic capabilities of taking down an order.
Even the manager was a joke. She said “Well we are short staffed if you’d like to apply for a job…”
I must have missed the memo where we are aloud to completely disrespectful to customers. I get hostile customers, worse than I have EVER been (this is my FIRST bad review) but I have never been aloud to behave the way she behaved in a workplace. Management is clearly doing a great job here!
I ordered a #2 with a Pepsi, side order of nacho fries. Careful peeps, that small order rocked her world, she truly could not grasp it and was horribly offended that I would want to correct it and get the correct...
Read moreI just went thru the drive thru and ordered 2 crunchy taco supremes and added beans and a small tortilla to each of them (to make double deckers) and a cinnamon twist. Simple order, right? i asked for a small favor and that was to get the cinnamon twists with the most cinnamon on them. Simple favor, right? Well, not only was the girl on was the girl working the register very rude and short with me, but when i got hone and opened up my bag, the cinnamon twists have literally NO cinnamon or sugar on them, and my twos tacos have no beef on them. Just sour cream, lettuce, cheese and tomatoes. And a HUGE scoop of beens separating the hard shell from the soft shell.also, the girk was even more rude and short with me at the windiw. I used to work at taco bell. Absolutely LOVED my job. Didn't matter how busy it got or how back up the drive thru was, I always provided the HEST customer service and always made sure the customers got what they wanted. This has been my WORST trip to taco bell BY FAR. I know how to make cinnamon twists AND double decker tacos THE CORRECT WAY. THIS TEAM OF EMPLOYEES DID A VERY BAD JOB AND SHOULD SERIOUSLY BE TRAINED AGAIN. I'VE NEVER BEEN SO...
Read moreFood was underwhelming. Food costs are going up, and food portions are simultaneously shrinking. And the only ones getting shafted there are the very people who keep you in business; customers. No happy customers, no profits.
Why would I want to pay full price for a chalupa or a burrito that is half-full, and end up with 30% of it that can't be eaten because there's literally nothing inside of it.
Tables in the dining room were dirty. When I arrived, there was one customer in the restaurant, and they literally walked in the door before me. Long wait to be given service at the counter.
The dirty tables and the long wait...both come from one simple truth; management does not schedule enough people to work, and if they do, and at any given moment it's slow, they send folks home. Then, when they do get slammed, things aren't being prioritized that need to be prioritized. I should never sit down to a dirty table in a restaurant. Full stop.
Maintain the staff you need, not the skeleton crew your franchise owners desire to keep in order to milk maximum profits.
With what I saw tonight, I won't be back...
