Wendy's — Restaurant in Medford

Definitely would not come back here. Employees taking breaks during a rush hour and not paying attention to customers. Employees in the dining area while taking their breaks having their shoes off so all the customers waiting can smell the employees nasty feet and see them while trying to get their food or even eat. Had to wait over an hour for my mobile order and the staff was very unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. The food was very cold and nasty even though supposedly it was made fresh. Other people that were there behind us were waiting even longer than us and over 2 hours for their food. All the staff cared about was DoorDash and uber eats customers instead of the few customers that were in front of them. Horrible service from the manager and the excuse was even worse saying he was understaffed when there were tons of employees in the back or on break disturbing the dining area with smelly toes and feet. Calling the board of health for that too. The floors were sticky ass well and the restaurant was disgusting. I want a refund for not only the disastrous experience but for the unprofessionalism and for the nasty quality of the food. Also saw an employee touch the trash can and did not wash their hands or even change their gloves. Please do something Melinda Wendy Thomas to save your dads franchise and legacy. Maybe also close this store to save you the heart ache of dealing with the terrible customer service these employees gave but also to save your money with all of it you are losing because of these unprofessional staff who do not know how to...

I wish I could leave 0 stars for this location. My husband and I went in with 4 kids last night after an event we had gone to. When we first walked in the seating area looked like a high school cafeteria after a food fight ( maybe not that bad but it was a messy mess food wrappers and paper strewn all over, soda machine a sticky splashedon mess, straw napkins and lids everywhere, ket hup dispenser empty). The women working were obviously yelling and fighting right before we got in and as we were lining up at the counter, the young lady clearly wasn't done getting her point across because she proceeded to stand with her back to us yelling and swearing at another woman working. Luckily, her accent was so thick that I'm pretty sure the kids couldn't understand what she was saying, but I certainly did. I'm very disgusted that a chain restaurant isn't held to higher standards. I could see, maybe 3 employees working hard to keep things moving whilst the other 3 or 4 lazy argumentative woman stood watching and complaining and basically doing nothing or anything they wanted. Coming and going and yelling and swearing. Food was cold, 2 homeless looking people sleeping inside and another guy came in to fill up 2, 7-11 big gulp cups from the soda machine. Not a good look...

i have no idea why am i always reading bad reviews about this Wendys or ANY for that matter i mean i seriously? are people really that lazy to just park in the Parking Lot and eat inside? the Drive through is a totally different issue of course theyl make you order faster you IN traffic! there are cars behind you and people exiting in/ out and they have people inside as well placing their orders that might be the solution also anypne who does NOT check their stuff before leaving well thats not the restaurants problem be aware of your food change and receipts i find this place to be quite nice workers are nice right on the 108 Bus not too far from Fellsway Malden and 93 its a pretty good spot its a little out of the way from Boston but its also not hard to get to either the Food is also good as well standard but to me its like every other Wendys good! and nice layout. ( Also UPDATE it has just recently been renovated now its even better! the inside is REALLY NICE all brand new and the fod ordering process is faster they have a new self serve coke machine and the parking/ drive through has improved as well it was already really good before and now its 5X improved this is how ALL wendys should be i dont understand why didnt they do this years ago this is 2015 not...
