I have been through the drive-thru multiple times and usually get the same thing each time. I have noticed price differences in the totals on the exact same thing multiple times. Asked about it and was given the excuse that that was the price and it doesn't change despite proof on the receipts.
Also went through the drive-thru one evening about 10pm and was told to go to the second window(thats normal no complaint there). When I got there I gave my card, got my card back, then got my food. Not one single word spoken to me. Before I left I checked the bag for my receipt and it wasn't there. I asked the girl at the window for a receipt and she said there wasn't one. I told her I wanted one and she said she wouldn't give me one since they print out at the first window and it was closed. I then asked for a manager and was told one wasn't available. Never did get a receipt. Luckily I wasnt over charged. I hope.
Another time I waited until I got home to check my order and it was totally wrong. I called and asked if I could return to the store (since I don't live far) and get what I ordered and was told that was fine. Got there, went inside and was then told that I couldn't get my order fixed or a refund because I had already left the primises. THIS WAS FROM THE SAME PERSON I TALKED TO ON THE PHONE. She said she wanted me to come back to prove I wasn't lying. Luckily i was able to keep the wrong order.
Also watched a lady sit and be ignored in the far ordering lane while 5 others ordered in the closest lane to building. When got there I thought they would have taken her order but no, I told them to get her order since she has been sitting there. Lets just say I had rudness throughout my...

He asked before he left if would only be charged once since they swiped his card more than once. He was told only charged once. Came home and checked with bank. It showed two charges. I called and was told he would have to drive back to McDonald''s to have charge reversed. The person that identified herself as the manager and was not professional on the phone did become defensive when I asked why we needed to come back and I asked why my husband was told before he left he would only be charged once. She kept repeating when we came back she would refund it. What she's going to keep it if I don't or can't? What if he had been an out of town visitor passing through. Would you just keep that person''s money if they couldn't come back? Wasn't his mistake and yet inconvenienced further to get a refund. The small was perfect the large was a Carmel frappe with chocolate syrup passed off as a mocha frappe. I called and they said no problem they would correct it. I drove back up to the same ride racist woman who argued with me then proceeded to say it was a mocha frappe to her boss loud enough for me to hear. She called me everything but a white girl. So she started making the frappe again. Guess what, yep she did the same thing twice passed off a caramel frappe with chocolate syrup and said it was a mocha frappe. Either they mixed up the flavors and put it in the wrong bin or she did it on purpose. Either way worst customer service experience ever.
