Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Medina

I gotta say I only go here for drinks. Sweet tea with strawberry or Peach flavor. That's my Crack right there. If I could I would roll it in foil and give up my job and kids for it. Seriously, tho this sonic has been understaffed for some time now. They only operate about 6 or 7 stalls and the drive-thru. Both are extremely slow with no apologetic attitude from staff at all. I have wrote off sonics almost completely in jackson for now. Atleast till they get full staff. It took 20 min to get cold food and a warm cup of Crack on this trip. That's as long as I wish to ever wait for fast food. You know what they say, it's not sonics fault. It's the employees for not killing themselves for $8 an hrs and no benefits. But back to the reason you have read this far. If you want a warm, ice half melted & glass not completely filled with the best route 44 Crack like sweet tea with strawberry flavored droplets of heaven. Find somewhere else because this place will ruin even the farthest fetched...

ZERO stars if I could. Live in Medina but travel 200 miles every day on job and Medina Sonic is the worst by far. Cannot get order right ever. Food always old and cold. Tonight I pull in stall in front of window. Only 2 other cars there. Press button, it blinks for 30 seconds and they cancel it. Push it again and they cancel it again. The whole time 4 employees, ghetto girl, plaster face makeup queen, mini skeletor and a really masculine girl or a really feminine boy with dreadlocks but I couldn't tell, standing there staring at us laughing. What they are too dumb to realize is even though you have the decal covering the windows when it starts getting dark outside and it's lit up inside we can see straight thru it. So we left with no food and will never be back. Obviously the owner or manager has nothing to do with this location. I made sure to clean all the garbage out of my car and leave it on you drive on the way...

I hate to do this but due to the experience I had today I had to. Friday I ordered online and I ordered a bacon queso fry add jalapeños. When I got to the school I realized they gave me fries with tomatoes and onions. I called immediately and talked to a lady and was asked to give my name and I can come back anytime and get it. I went today and was told by the RUDE manager Maria Veito that my name wasn’t on there so she couldn’t give me anything. I explained I had receipt’s and the phone call on my phone to show that it was true! She told me she was the manager that day and never spoke to me… either she has a terrible memory along with her attitude problem or I spoke to someone else. Very disappointed! We come here all the time but if this is how the managers treat the Customers now I’m done coming to this location which is terrible because there has been lots of good managers at this...
