Subway — Restaurant in Medina

Extremely rude employees. I came in to pick up an online order (no one greeted me when I walked in) and when I turned to leave after picking up my sandwich from the rack, the lady behind the counter said “Enjoy your sandwich, lady” in a condescending tone. Keep in mind, she did this while ringing up other customers. I wasn’t even being rude. I just didn’t say anything when picking up my order, which I have done countless times before with no issue. Another time I came in to do the same thing and all 7 employees were congregated around the counter talking (one was sitting on the counter) and they looked at me like I was intruding when I walked in. I live in Medina and I have to say this Subway is awful. Our sandwiches tasted like charcoal because they never clean the speed oven so if you eat there and like a nice charcoal flavored sandwich from them not cleaning the oven this is your place. They didn’t warm up our meat before toasting or didn’t toast them long enough because the meat was cold as ice. I like my steak sandwich to be hot. Do they have a manager? Or an Owner that cares about the food they are serving? Oh and guess what the bread is never fresh This place better pray they never get any other competition here is Medina because it would end this Subway..This...

This was my first and last time here. I paid for bacon on my pizza and only got 1 slice torn up, which it was supposed to be 2, I was charged for extra cheese just to put cheese on top of my meat and veggies on top of the pizza, which he gave me very little . I’ve never know subway ti charge you extra cheese just to put on top of the pizza!. I also got a sandwich and the meat portion ( steak) was so small, it didn’t make sense. He put the meat on the sub( flatbread) sideways instead of long ways but put 4 pieces of cheese on that little bit of meat. I will never come back again. $21...
