Mom & Pops Pizza Place — Restaurant in Medina

Our first time we ordered we got the stuffed pepperoni. The dough on the inside was raw. We called, and they argued that this never happens, that it wasn’t their fault, but did offer to remake it.

We ordered a pepperoni and mushroom pizza and a cheese bread for pickup on May 11, 2020, because we wanted to give a local establishment our business. The estimated time was 40 minutes. We arrived 15 minutes early, and they promptly brought out a semi warm pizza. After opening the box, we realized obviously they had forgotten the mushrooms, and instead of remaking the pizza, they dumped cold mushrooms on top of an already cooked pizza. We called and let them know what was wrong with it, and again the girl that answered got defensive. I stated that i would just call back the next day and speak to someone else. She raises her voice, and starts calling me a liar. Instead of arguing with her, I just hung up the phone. She immediately calls back asks me why I hung up on her, and starts yelling that she wasn’t arguing before. This is the last time we’ll ever...

Mom and Pops has some awesome pizza!!!! I mean, really awesome!!!! Unfortunately, they can't take an order and fix it correctly to save their life. Literally the last three times we have ordered from there they have messed the order up. We are not asking for anything difficult, complex, or out of the ordinary. Just simple requests like leave the green peppers off of one half and add mushrooms to the other half. In addition to always messing it up, you don't want to ask them to make it again because it takes an hour to make it the first time. They are very slow. If they would get their act together, get the orders right, and speed the process up; my rating would jump to five stars instantly. I really like to support local business. I had always loved this Pizza until the last one I got. It was a Hawaiian Pizza. They had always been awesome. The last one I got tasted funny, I don't know if it was the Canadian Bacon or pineapple was bad, but something was way off. Even my dogs loved their pizza, however, they would not touch it either. I called and spoke to the manager and he said the next one would be free. I threw the whole pizza in the trash. When I went back, they said I could only get %off. I didn't get one and will never buy another one there. This was bad. I threw away a lot of money. Their pizzas are expensive. I won't go back. They are the ONLY Pizza Place in the area!
