Wendy's — Restaurant in Medina

I use to work here about 4 years ago & boy have they went down the drain Every time I come here which is everyday because I Deliver food. The Customers food is always cold & wrong as well as my personal orders. They have given my one year old nuggets that had sat so long he couldn’t chew it. I have heard about their co-workers miscarriage as I sat at the drive thru waiting food my order. That’s not even half you can ask for fresh food & they will still look you in your face with a smile & hand you a bag of Ice Cold Food. They were closed down for a short period about a month ago with all of their equipment Outside I thought they would come back stronger then ever But No. Like come on guys get it together We Want Fast Food Not Old Food (Yesterday’s Nuggets.) So with all of that being said Not only can I not stand this Wendys anymore THEY HAVE TURNED ME AGAINST EVERY WENDYS IN THE UNIVERSE

Crazy am adding to this review 3 years later with the same feelings it’s terrible they did all the remodeling for Nothing I asked for fresh food they threw the food rite back out the window cold and my spicy chicken sandwich has no cheese like I asked and paid for so I go in to tell them the problem and they immediately hand me and my kids food cold again so I ask a 3rd time for fresh food I get it this time with no cheese again and mayo on my son sandwich I’m so tired of asking and paying all this money for people to act like your crazy when it’s really simple to just do what people ask and pay for just drive past this Wendys because I clearly keep giving them chances to...

I go to this Wendy's 3 or 4 times a week. Over the past few months the service has slid down the tubes. When you order a Junior Bacon cheeseburger it is a coin toss if it will be decent or a hard dried up patty. Lately it is the latter. Also now some nights it is closed due to staffing which should have been what they should have done tonight. I took a chance and went. The order was completely wrong. I ordered 2 junior bacon cheeseburgers with no tomato, 2 double stacks with no onion, a spicy chicken sandwich a large fry and a Large Dr. Pepper. After my food was handed over by the at best rude girl in the window she was like oh yeah let me get your drink. I got a medium drink, a large and small cold frys, 2 double stacks with onions and a spicy chicken. I drove to the door and was let in and asked for and got my money back after a few minutes of describing to the manager how bad this store has become. And the store smelled of urine I can only guess they mop the floor or the dining area with the dirty water from the restroom. I love Wendy's but my days of punishment of the Medina Wendy's are over. So disappointed but I am tired of the bad food and even worse customer service. No excuse for such bad food and orders when on top of all of this I also had to wait...

Never will I NOR my family eat here again. Where do I begin?. I was rooting for this Wendy's when they did the rebuild, but I can't with this Wendy's. Not only do the food come out cold sometimes. But the young hires makes this place even worse. Gavin was working the cash register. Very rude and not welcoming at all. You can tell the orders was to much pressure for him that day. I asked him "where was my other frosty because the sizes was wrong. He grabbed it with a smart remark and said RIGHT HERE! And shoved it in my hand. I can pull the race card, but I'm not. Then over his shoulder, was the boy that made the frosties. He was taking the wrong size ones and dumping the frosties back in the machine. That's where they lost me. I called and ask to speak to a supervisor. I asked him what was his name? He didn't want to reveal that by "saying" What is this pertaining to. So at that point I just hung the phone up. He came off just like the workers. So I knew I didn't have a chance on my complaints. Places like this lose...
