This might be a long review, but I speak from 7 games experience :) This is only the beginning of the most indescribable 🏀 event ever, and its inFLO-RIDA!!!!
So now for the Amazing Crew that work tirelessly to make sure we all have a blast!!!
VIP Check In: McKenna and Laura are friendly, high energy, respectful and responsive to all things VIP, CSS, CSC and Scorers Table
Shannon N was the first person we met at our first game, and we had no idea what to expect. She made the experience fun, answered our questions and gave us a shoutout for our Indiana Fever Gear!!! She is a hard-worker, but takes time to greet the fans and is always smiling! WE appreciate her kindness, attention to us and her knowledge of the game!
We met Ashley at the gate, she smiled, accompanied us to our seats, and made sure our experience was exactly what is meant to be. She connects all the fans to all the fun!! Mike is in charge of the ticket/ fan experience and he is considerate, helpful and friendly, just what the fans need.
Attentive to making the Fans Happy! Sweet and supportive to the experience Hardworking and Happy to Help Loyal to the Fans Entrusting You can count on her to be there for you
Guardian Group: Jose, Joyce, Michael, Ricky are great at keeping the fans safe and directing us to where we need to be whether it is in VIP, CSS or Scorers table and CSC. They are on it and assure the fans have a safe, fun and memorable experience. Joyce is exceptional at securing that the players are safely escorted to their locker rooms, after the games. She is focused, dedicated and loyal to everyone’s safety.
Kim and Candy are our fave Merch Ladies, they know our style, our size (by now) and take care of us in a timely manner with a friendly smile. We make sure to always say hello on our way in, because they work long hours with tons of customers and never do they complain. They enjoy helping their customers and it shows! Shanae and Tina are some other lovelies that work at the Merch store, they both are kind, helpful, efficient, friendly and accommodating to the customers.
Without All these Amazingly Awesome People, we wouldn’t be able to have this 1st Ever Basketball Club for Women, by Women!!!! So when you have the pleasure of meeting any of this crew, please please say “thank you.”
If you are debating on going to a game but not sure what is the best seat in the arena; well we have sat almost everywhere!
Let me tell you about the seats; “Not a bad seat in the house”
Behind the Bench next to the teams You kinda feel like a part of the team, next to the stage, and can get up close and personal to the huddle/players.
Courtside Seats (dep on what part of the court you want) are comfy and you are literally in the game, you could catch a ball or a player, LOL. Courtside club quick bite/non/alcohol drinks avail. It would be awesome to have a drink/tray holder but in due time, we gotta be patient.
VIP 3 Not the best view, but free food and drinks delivered to your seat VIP 4 was an great view, in the action, but also could sit back and chill while the amazing crew (Diana, Christina an more) serve you. Please remember to tip the servers, bc they take care of you.
Scorers Table: Got a sideways view of players on stage, maybe catch a selfie if lucky. Don’t worry they wont put you to work. LOL. Great pics except spotlight can be blinding for it. Sometimes you can see the players but can’t bother them during the game, there’s always after.
Parking is either General for $16.00 or Premium for $26.00...

They do a great job of immersing you into the game to really feel into the fact that fans are integral part of the sports culture. I mean I was chopping it up with T Spoons, assistant coaches, and broadcasters during the game the same way I do when I'm at home except they actually interact back 😅.
The proximity to game play is nuts, they weren't lying when they said there are no bad seats! And tho they haven't quite gotten that authentic Miami food culture down (y'all are in Hialeah there are like 100 Mom and pops that can hold that down for y'all 🤣) you can feel the intention from wall to wall.
However, I couldnt help but noticed that the building wasn't ADA compliant so even tho MY experience 10/10 none of my disabled homies, dedicated fans, could experience this. Hard to stomach that y'all thought of everything but them especially since the arena was built from the ground up and can easily be converted to accommodate them.
I'm hoping some accessible seats become available so I can come back for the playoffs...
Read moreOnce you’re there they direct you to a parking lot that costs $20 to park in, electronic payment only no cash. The restrooms are in trailers you have to walk up a few steps to get into. The food options were surprisingly decent, I had a great veggie quesadilla. The fan experience was fun and there’s a good amount of...
