Here’s a strong, detailed review you could post about Barricks based on your experience:
I wish I could give Barricks zero stars because the customer service here is absolutely atrocious. From the moment I walked in, I felt like an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. The staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional—especially [insert name or description if applicable].
I waited forever just to be acknowledged, and when I finally was, it was with an attitude so bad it felt like they were doing me a favor just by speaking to me. I had questions about the menu, and the server acted bothered and annoyed rather than helpful. When I finally placed my order, it took way longer than it should have, and I watched as other tables who arrived after me got their food first.
To make matters worse, when I politely asked about my order, I was met with eye rolls and sighs. No apology, no explanation—just bad vibes all around. And don’t even get me started on trying to get the check.
I’ve been to plenty of restaurants, and I understand that bad days happen, but this was next-level terrible service. The staff clearly doesn’t care about the customers, and it shows. I wouldn’t come back here if they paid me. If you value decent customer service, save yourself the frustration and go literally...
Read moreThis was my first visit here today, and this will absolutely be my last !! I read the reviews beforehand and it seemed that the ones I read stated that this was a very friendly place “.. But in mine and my female friend’s case , that was farther from the truth , our waitress from the start was more than cold and very impersonal .. we actually stood there for a couple minutes as they walked past us and I finally had to stop her and ask her where we can sit and she just pointed to a both where I had to move high chairs so my friend could sit down, to make a long story short , I had to get up four times to ask our waitress for things that should have been given without having to ask for .. she also never brough our check, and I had to go again to the counter where the owner who was standing right behind also shunned me and gave a nasty look . I tipped just over 10 percent , because of my own ethics , but honestly I don’t believe she deserved a tip every time I tried to get her attention for things that she should have already brought us she literally would turn her head away quickly . What a shame to be treated this way ,by what I can only figure out as because I didn’t speak their language “, I would never ever say this unless I knew for sure...
Read moreI am not very adventurous when it comes to food. So when my buddy said we should try Bosnian food for lunch I wasn't really receptive. I didn't know anything about this type of food since I've never met a Bosnian-American growing up in Montana. But because I now live in St. Louis with its large Bosnian community I figured it's now or never to try it. I was told since it was my first time in a Bosnian restaurant I should try cevapi. I wasn't sure if I would even like it, but ordered anyway. I'm glad I did. The cevapi was a huge sandwich and I loved it. The bread was different from anything I have ever had. I would describe it as a mix between peta bread and an American pancake. Ha! Very delicious. The sausages were very yummy. The waitress said the sausage is made in-house. I like how they are small and cooked well done which is the way I like sausage. I also ordered fries to go with the cevapi. The fries were some of the best I've ever had anywhere. Hot and extra crispy. And the amount was huge! They were the perfect companion with the cevapi. I was surprised how much I enjoyed the food. Maybe I should get out of my comfort zone and be more adventurous with different ethnic food. I will definitely go back and try...
