Generally when you walk into a place of business, it's very common for an employee of some sort to greet, welcome or just say hello when you walk in. Not this place. In fact pending on your (Let's just say look) determines the kind of tone & overall service you might get. Had it not been for the fact that I had another customer before me with different (Let's just say look) getting kind & friendly service, I wouldn't have anything to compare these two very drastically different forms of service. Lastly, I wasn't even acknowledged until the other customer was gone. I personally find this to be extremely weird or rude behavior. There's another word for it, but I'm drawing a blank. Read moreI was a little bit embarrassed to go in and make my request which was would they make a copy of a key when I brought my own key blank (I recently moved back home to St Louis from New Mexico and brought my favorite Day of the Dead key blank with me). The gentleman said it was no problem and copied my key and was also kind enough to educate me a bit on key blanks and brands and other specifics about keys. He doesn't just take the key and make it, he lets you know if there could be any potential problems or things to consider—I've never had that experience anywhere else—and in the process he has saved me money.
