Hands down the best place to go get your mobile device repaired/serviced/fixed. This guy does it all and dude is a certified go getter. I wasted my time at two other repair locations trying to get a screen replacement for Att Samsung Galaxy A16 4G. Come to find out that two different screens that were ordered A165B, and A166J wouldn't work with my ATT A16 4G. I guess this specific phone is literally a unicorn model that somehow I got ahold of at Walmart. There is a special attachment on the motherboard of this phone and subsequent housing design that rendered multiple A16 4G screens, as well as a whole new A16 4G housing from a brand new A16 4G phone that was ordered, to be incompatible with my motherboard or original housing. At this point, I'm now pretty much out of options to replace the screen and repair the phone. I really just need the data, which I had an idea how to get it just didn't have a spare screen to make an attempt at the solution. After explaining the situation this guy tells me to come over to look at the phone. When I arrived he told me he could do it but had a couple phones ahead of me. After some discussion about whether or not to complete the request, because at this point I had been through so many failed attempts, I decide to give this guy a go. I tell him to either call me or I'll be back 30 min prior to close, to pick up the device or hopefully transfer the data. He literally calls me back 20 minutes later joking but in a serious voice, " what do you expect me to say, I can't fix it or come transfer your data?" I replied, "If I took it to the right guy who I talked to earlier I'm hoping he says come transfer your data." He replies, "your right man come transfer your data, I got it to work." I'm absolutely stoked at this point and head back up to the shop. He brings out my phone with the housing and motherboard hooked up to a temporary screen hanging off to the side, and performs a fake button press to mimic the side button turning on to get the temporary screen on so I can access my phone to transfer data. Ended up getting all my data transferred using the temporary screen and left extremely satisfied. Again, incredible stuff. Some of you might not understand but bro has borderline magical powers. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. After going back and forth over email, I Tech has stopped responding to me and has not tried to resolve this issue, not even with a partial refund. Their website states they use genuine parts, but the screen they installed on my computer was not authentic. To make things worse, my screen broke again only four months after taking it to I Tech, and when I went to another repair shop to have it fixed, I was told that the non-authentic screen they had installed caused hundreds of dollars in damage and should never have been placed on my device. I also have proof of this. Since I paid in cash, I Tech now claims to have no record of my receipt. As a college student, this was a significant expense, and being misled like this has been extremely disappointing. I try to be very understanding, but the staff was very dishonest, and I strongly advise others to avoid this business.

My sister was never told the screen installed was aftermarket. Another repair company confirmed that Apple screens are always available, and since my MacBook Air is fairly new, original parts should have been especially available. The screen failed just 4 months later and caused additional damage which is not long at all. I also called about the issue, but the person on the phone deflected rather than helping. My daughter's iPhone 14 developed a crack on the back glass, come to find out the battery was expanding and about to explode, at 6:30 on a weekday that's not good T-Mobile couldn't do much for it and we were still paying on the phone, they did recommend itech I looked it up and it was literally right up the road from my house the shop closes at 7:00 but we had 10 minutes so we pulled up even though he was just about to close he insisted that it was no problem and to come on in, he immediately identified what needed to be done, gave me a much lower price than some of the mall kiosks that repair phones, told me he could have it ready the next afternoon, had it fixed well before noon the next day, I came to pick it up and the price was even lower than what he had told me even replaced the glass screen protector on the front for free since I thought the front was cracked but it wasn't , it's an excellent small business that I was happy to support, and he's probably one of the nicest most genuine people I've ran into in a long time, it's not often I feel good about spending money but I left happy that I gave him the business and will be returning with any other phone issues we have, highly recommend and encourage to give this man...
