4/5/2025 7:53 pm. Don’t think i’ll be returning or recommending this location :( Used my points to redeem a free cookie. I ordered the Strawberry Buttercake. The one I got from the Viera location was really good since it was soft. I thought i’d get it again here at location closer to my house. The worker that brung it to me was very nice. I got home to start eating it and it was extremely dry and chewy and nothing like the texture of a cake at all. So i saved it to bring it back the next day to see if there was anything the store could do for me. I was honestly just hoping to get a replacement cookie or something in exchange, i didn’t want a refund. I told the worker which i’m assuming was one of the shift lead or closing manager and she was no help at all honestly. I did my best to be nice and her replies were honestly very snarky and rude and not even helpful at all. I said that the cookie wasn’t good at all and that I have my receipt and that I just wanted a fresh one in exchange or a different cookie and her response was “Well that’s the cookie that you ordered so that’s the cookie that you got.” Like geez man, seriously? Yeah if I had known the cookie/cake you guys were selling here at this location was disgusting i wouldn’t have gotten it. Anything that told her about the cookie that caused it to taste bad there was always an “explanation”. I never write reviews but honestly this was just a not-okay interaction and experience here, and wanted to just share it with anyone that decides to come here. Don’t take this as me being evil, take it as a learning...

Today is 23rd of January 2025, Unfortunately Today my experience has been deplorable, Autumn shift leader , made eye contact with me while walking into this new to the area establishment, without a brief hello or how can we make your visit sweet, Nothing.

I was left standing there for min's . If I had been there for my family or myself I would have turned around and walked out.

After 3 min of her being less than 8 feet from me she picked her head up ,all while I'm looking at her to answer a phone call,after another 3 min ,(I am the only customer in here) observing her theatrical conversation as to gesture while looking at me (like your service is not welcomed)You wait,she ended the call walked adjacent to my location but still in view were I was waiting for service,No acknowledgment what's so ever,perhaps a min went by before I gently asked 'hey can you assist me' keep in In mind I said Hello walking in.This Individual who said her name was Autum said 'oh I assumed you was here on a pick up'? well I was now!

I hope this experience was a representation for her and not for this Fine cookie place ,She has no place providing service for the public if she cannot communicate at the least acknowledge a potential patron/Customer.

I felt be-little unwanted ,and my money did not matter here,and if that is accurate just say so,so the public know ,Crumble does not want Tan Folks Coins or maybe Men ,I need clarification. This experience has definitely made me know this dough needs to be baked better or a better individual.Train her or get rid of her she will continue to sprew assumption rather then smiles...

After hearing all the hype wanted to see the 90 min lines for myself.. 😦 line wasn't bad waited 15mins. The wait gave the guy at the door time to explain the concept... He said they release 6 different cookies weekly from a 200 or so cookie list.. if there was a cookie i enjoyed more so i would need to swing back by because Monday theyd be switching flavors.. being that this is my first visit and the 6 flavors, Blue Berry cheesecake, Honey Bun, Chocolate Chip, Rocky road, Galaxy Brownie, Cookie Butter ice cream looked too good to refuse and would be gone in 2 days I got a 6 pack to try them all. The guy at the door explained that the cookies are actually big enough to be 4 servings.. They have an official cookie cutter which i elected to get because what else are u going to cut a deliciously colossal cookie with other than an official crumble cookie cutter!! With the purchase of a cookie cutter you also receive a coupon for a free cookie on your next visit . im still working on trying them but can say the Rocky Road and Blueberry cheesecake are incredible... Id definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing cookie.. give them a try snd tell them...
