I've eaten here 4/5 times. Good little takeout or delivery place. There is not any seating in the place, so no dining in. My go to is chicken hibachi, no vegetables, and extra rice. Soup comes with it. One of my biggest gripes is the ease of ordering. Online, it's not possible to get an accurate total when subbing out an item. You can sub vegetables for rice (for free when you call) but there is no way to do that besides leaving a note on the order. Sometimes that works and sometimes they miss that part. My other ordering gripe is calling. The place is loud af and hard to hear the person you are talking to. There is so much background noise it's painful. The food is pretty good. I personally do not like their "tiger sauce" or what I call "seafood sauce". I prefer to use the Makoto seafood sauce you can buy at Publix. The chicken is hit or miss. Sometimes it is flavorful and sometimes it is dry and not flavorful. The sauce needs more tang. The rice is usually good, but lately has had HUGE chunks of scrambled egg in it. Needs to be broken up a bit more. Just a preference. The clear soup is decent. Nothing great. The carrots are good, but I do not get the zucchini and onions. So no comment there. What you are pictured was $17. It's 2-2.5 meals for me. It's a metric boat load of food. My only other gripe is their speed. 30 mins for a takeout order is a bit long.

I've tried this place about 3 times and wanted to wait before putting in a review. Oishii is not worth the price or the wait. I've been to many pokebowl restaurants and I've had much better food than Oishii. I feel like this store takes advantage of the fact that there are so few pokebowl places in Brevard county. What I really didn't like about this place is the pricing is a bit high than other stores I've been to. I think 10-12$ is reasonable for a total price but their base price before toppings is between 11-13$. The fish is always brown and unpleasant. We asked for sauce on our bowls and they coated the fish instead. Other places would squirt the sauce over the bowl and I feel like they only coated the fish to save on product. Everything here feels like they bought it directly from Publix, which is probably why it feels hit or miss. We also were charged for a tip that we don't remember being asked for. Regardless I think I'll wait another six months to see if it has changed.

This is a simple and straightforward establishment that is no frills. I ended up ordering to go and got a two scoop poke bowl of spicy salmon and spicy tuna over salad and sushi rice with all the fixings. It's quick and easy that makes a good lunch portion. Most of the flavoring comes from the sauce of your choosing. I chose the Eel Sauce which was sweet, but they have more savory and acidic choosings. Overall, the poke bowl was pretty well balanced. Note that there is a dab of wasabi and ginger so it does need to be mixed to be enjoyed more cohesively. Otherwise you'll get a spoonful of wasabi in a single bite. Mixed together though is really good. I also got the appetizer of Gyoza which are pork based. They were cooked well with a good chew and complementing dipping sauce. It went well with the poke and added a nice contrast of flavors. Overall, a pretty decent place to grab a bite.

My fiance and I have been here several times and we are always impressed! I usually get a hibachi dinner (just like Makotos for a fraction of the price!). So far, my favorite is the teriyaki salmon with the chicken as a close runner-up. Yum!!! The soup is awesome too! My fiance gets a poke bowl, usually with tuna and salmon. He's a huge fan! We're going to turn into weekly regulars lol.

We went in to Oishii tonight and the woman at the register suggested the fried onions as a topping for his poke bowl. He hadn't tried it before and he said it was such a good combination with the rest of his bowl. We brought our 1 year old son-- he LOVES watching people cook. My fiance and I brought him over to the window in front of the hibachi grill and the chefs noticed that he was watching intently. They started waving at him and he'd point at the food and they'd show off their hibachi chef skills.

So, thank you to the chefs and women working tonight (2/21/2020)! Y'all are fantastic people!

If you're looking excellent food, wonderful service, and a neat little express hibachi experience, I highly recommend Oishii! I would give 10 stars...
