So here we go!!! I ordered from this place and have done it quite a few times since we’ve been here to Florida. We ordered through DoorDash, an Italian sub, it came with ham, cheese, and onions; NO SALAMI!!! And it says SALAMI on the DoorDash order. Well I call the place and ask for the manager; manager gets on the phone and I ask her name she says manager!! I said well Ms Manager (since I can’t get her name), told her what the problem was. She tells me I have to make a complaint with DoorDash; I called DoorDash and they tell me I have to call the restaurant, both passing the buck. We just moved here to Florida in February and I find these restaurants, nail salons, and other establishments are very rude, but no problem taking your money!!
Why couldn’t Ms Manager tell me her name? Why couldn’t she help a customer who has spent a few hundred dollars in her restaurant? Why couldn’t Ms Manager be kind? Why couldn’t Ms Manager make it right with us. Well now I will be slamming Ms Manager’s restaurant on this platform and other social media’s like Yelp, Facebook, instagram. I will also be telling my friends and family to never order from Ms Manager’s restaurant. It’s not hard to be kind maybe you’ll have more customers and get more positive reviews. Each time I've tried to pick up my order, it has not been ready as promised, which has been quite inconvenient. Additionally, I've noticed that the interactions with your staff have not been very welcoming; rather than being greeted promptly, I've encountered employees who seem disengaged or are making excuses for the delays.
When the new management took over, I was hopeful for positive changes. However, it seems that the issues have persisted. Read moreUpdate 2: The owner called to apologize and sent me an email as well mentioning the steps he was taking to serve better at this location. Glad to know that my complaint didn't fall through the cracks. I am revising my rating for this place because there's nothing wrong with the food. I would like to give them a chance to live up to their word.
Update 1: I called next day and mentioned the whole scenario to the manager. Ironically, she was the one who took my order previous night. She said she was willing to complete my order but I would have to come to the location to pick it up or she could credit me the missing item for my next order. What a pathetic form of customer appeasement. Marco's just lost a customer.
Received incomplete order. The delivery guy said this was all he was told to deliver. Called the branch several times during the advertised business hours but someone kept on hanging up on me....
