I'm from Detroit and grew up with Little Caesars! What has happened to this location is terrible! First, some third party non-english speaking person answers the phone. She didn't quite understand that I wanted extra sauce on the pizza. When I went to pick up the pizza there was no extra sauce on it. I asked for just some marinara sauce on the side to take with me and the guy refused to give it to me without charging me for it. There's never been a charge for extra sauce before if they put it on the pizza. On top of that, the place is filthy. Whoever waited on me looked like he hadn't had a shower in a week, his clothes were dirty. They don't wear gloves while pressing out the dough. Last three times I've been there the pizza hasn't even been good. I thought they were under New Management but they stated not. The last time the pizza was so lumpy - thick dough in areas and paper fine in other areas. The extra sauce was saturated in some areas and there was none in other areas. It was the worst pizza I've ever had from a Little Caesars in my life. They need to get it together. I left there without my pizza the other day because I couldn't get extra sauce on it. I filed a complaint online but haven't heard a thing. It's like they don't even care. I've been going to Little Caesars for about 40 something years and I'm not going back to this location anymore. They really need to get someone from upper management checking in on the store and turning it around. One of the really good Detroit pizzas from my childhood has been completely ruined at the Palm Bay location. So disappointing. Get...
Read moreThe pizza was good and tastes the same as every other Little Caesars pizza. The staff however, needs some training. I called to ask if they had a particular type of pizza in stock. I was immediately informed that they do not save pizza for anyone. I didn’t ask for a pizza to be saved for me. I wasn’t going to ask a for pizza to be saved for me. I was told they had them in stock but when I got there, there were none in stock. I understand that someone could have walked in prior to my arriving and purchased what they had left. That’s not a problem. I waited for new pizzas to be cooked. The young ladies in the back we’re so busy talking that they thought it was appropriate to stop and have a conversation, even after the pizza had been taken out of the oven. It was in the box and ready to be sliced, but one young lady thought, even as I looked at her and she made eye contact with me several times, that it was OK to stand and finish her conversation before cutting the pizza and closing the box. I will not be returning to...
Read moreI have no quarrels with any of the customer service, it’s all very basic and what you’d expect from a restaurant. This review is based purely off the food. The pizza itself is fine, it’s just the crazy bread. I’ve been coming to this place for years and the thing I’d be most excited about would be the crazy bread. For about 3ish years now, every single order of crazy bread has had little to no garlic on them, and has been slightly overcooked. It’s just plain bread. Everytime I order from here I get one bag as opposed to the multiple I used to get for the HOPES of it being properly buttered with garlic. Each time, I’m left disappointed. If you try to ask for more garlic there’s an up charge that’s completely unreasonable as the only reason you’d ask for that in the first place is to actually get a taste of garlic, (which should have been there in the first place). I don’t know why this changed, but if it went back to how it used to be I’d be a customer here way more...
