Food was a five star, managers presentation of him self and the way he talked to his crew was rude in front of his guests. He said to the young guy on the register, your a minor you need to get off my clock now. Then the guy running orders oyt to the parked orders, tells him you need to greet in the back now to releave the girl in the back cause she has to get off his clock. He states that the orders are not done being run out to the parked cars and the manger said what are you running to each car five times, you need too hurry up and get to the back now. The runner was very efficient and was always moving getting orders it quick. Customer ahead of me had already got her order and asked for a side of Mac sauce and he said with frustration you know that's going to be $0.48 do you have that? Only cause she over bought on her order and got a refund on one of her fries so her account didn't go negative. That was a issue with the manger as well. Mind you I'm waiting in lobby for my order for over 15 minutes, only got a quarter pounder and two small fries and two four piece nuggets and a hot fudge sunday. Which I had to ask for the hot fudge sunday cause they didn't give it to me with my order. The mid 40s male manager was very rude to his employees and the statement he made to the customer about having the change for the Mac sauce in front of other's was out of line. The three star was giving cause of the first impression I first got greeted by the young man that was on the register, and the quality of the food after a 15 minute wait. Thought the food was going to be the poorest of quality due to the poorest leading...
Read moreI waited 5 minutes at the window for my order. Previous experiences with this place told me I should have checked my order, but alas, I stupidly put faith in a fast food restaurant. When I get home I find out that my brothers ten piece nuggets, the very first thing I ordered. Oh but the bbq sauce was in there.
I go back there, mind you I'm already upset at this point because my "fast food" has taken an hour between the two trips and the time I spent in the drive through earlier. I tell the manager that I was missing my nuggets. Without apologizing she just asked if I had my receipt. I tried to keep it light by saying I'm glad I brought my receipt from earlier, I almost didn't thinking they'd recognize me or take my word for it. She said no we can't do that and walked back and called out for the nuggets.
When she gave them to me she just said have a nice night. I find it offensive that the mangers at this place cannot even acknowledge a mistake on their part and take the initiative to make it right. I stood there in disbelief for a second and had to ask if there was anything they can do for my inconvience - time wasted. She said I just did I replaced your nuggets. I told her that that is not replacing my nuggets she was just giving me my order I payed for and had to come back for. She then offered me a measily small fry or drink. Why would I want that when I just ordered fries and a drink, and how is that an acceptable offer to a customer who just withered time of my life away in your decrepit lobby?

Read moreDrive through took a ridiculously long time. My drink was watery and my fries were floppy. That's the only job at the drive-thru is to make sure that if some inconsiderate person tries to get a entire family meal Through a Drive-Thru' that they still make sure that the fries in the following orders are somewhat fresh and crisp. This location failed at that simple important McDonald's task. It is going to happen from time to time that some extremely selfish patron will be so inconsiderate and unreasonable by getting multiple multiple bags of food for a large family or party 'From A Drive-Thru'. This is something that's going to happen but the job of McDonald's is supposed to be to then get the next patron, reasonably fresh french fries and a drink that's not watered down from sitting. when I worked at McDonald's we specifically went over this It was part of the training was to identify when a fat lazy patron was coming in to order an entire family's meal and take it home. We were trained to put in new fries because it would affect the other customers. Yes McDonald's has already has in its training identification of inconsiderate slow customers whose orders would affect following customers, so obviously this McDonald's is not following the existing training and as a result I got watery drink and floppy fries. which is the worst sin...
