So grateful this bakery exists. I don’t have to try to make my own sourdough bread 😅 and get to reap all the benefits!
I will never buy bread from the store again. Look at the long ingredients list on the mass produced breads (even those baked in the grocery stores…) and then see what these guys are doing…it’s an easy choice!
All science aside, their products are delicious. I particularly love the butter blonde and the focaccia (omg)…and whenever they add fun stuff (like bacon!) to their rolls and bread. Also, he sells other vendors’ local products in the store and I’ve had great experiences so far (the coffee and soap I bought was awesome).
Businesses like these make this area special. Give Mission Road Foods a try for yourself!

Read moreI had the pleasure of stopping in at Mission Road Foods today for the first time ever! I bought all kinds of goodies like a three cheese and black pepper loaf, a cranberry (Sunrise) loaf, some Cajun bean and Lentil soup, and garlic, herb, and cheese knots (woah, the flavor in these things!! - our personal favorites that are not pictured because we ate them in the car on the way home 😍). My husband and I were highly impressed with the quality of the bread and the wonderful flavors they held. 10/10 in our book!

Read moreFound Bryan when I was looking for a local baker, I'm so glad I went with him! Ended up with two loaves of sourdough, Jewish Seeded Rye and Butter Blond (pictured in all it's glory 🥹). Good LORD this is fantastic bread. It's been a long time since I had great bread and Bryan took my expectations and threw them right out the window - it's AMAZING!
