Ordered the crispy Goyza, chicken karaage, shrimp crunch roll, bulgogi rice bowl, and miso ramen (spicy). The Goyza was very crispy and good. The karaage was good too. It wasn't as crispy as I liked, but I would order it again. The shrimp roll kinda small. It is very tasty. I really liked the bulgogi. The only problem I had with it was too much rice and not enough meat or vegetables. Personally, I don't think I would order it again. The ramen was very good. The noodles were cooked well. The broth was very tasty. The egg was a bit plain. What I didn't like was that it cost extra to make it spicy. I didn't get enough heat to warrant the extra cost. I also think it needed a bit more vegetables like maybe some green onions. Saying that, I would go back for the ramen again. The restaurant was very clean, but it was a bit cold inside. Granted, it was in the low 30s, but let's turn on the heaters, please. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. Please keep in mind that taste is subjective. I do recommend this place, and I will...

Overall, the experience was good.

My boyfriend and I came here as we were driving around the area. We love Ramen!!! The dishes we ordered were the Spicy Seafood Ramen and the Tokyo Style Tonkotsu Ramen.

My spicy seafood Ramen was surprisingly pretty good. There was a lot of ingredients and it had a depth the flavor. The one area Within the dish that could’ve been improved is the amount of broth with the Ramen. Typically Ramen is immersed in the broth, but for this one in particular, there wasn’t as much as excepted. I would give the spicy Ramen, a four out of five.

My boyfriend got the Tokyo style Tonkotsu Ramen. The first bite was really good. The broth had a lot of flavor! However, there is not very many ingredients within this dish so after a little while of eating it, it gets boring and dull.

Our server was very kind and attentive so that was definitely a huge positive for our experience! If you’re in Melissa, I recommend stopping here if you’ve never tried this type of cuisine and you want to ease your way into...

We are absolutely ecstatic to find a great and local family owned Japanese restaurant in Melissa. The emphasis on authentic and absolutely delicious. There are many sushi and ramen spots that are very average without great service or a poor atmosphere. However, this restaurant has a very impressive menu and their execution of the food is incredible. The staff were beyond incredible and welcoming, also very quick to recognize if we needed anything. Doshi is still quite new and have not released the full menu yet but the ramen and spicy tuna that we have tried was amazing. I highly suggest the ramen, the broth is to rich and flavorful, you can’t go wrong. The family that owns this restaurant was so welcoming and kind, really felt like we were quite at home. This place has become our go-to local Japanese restaurant and we cannot wait to come back and...
