For the busy establishment, the management and lack of training here has to be worst Iāve ever seen. I placed order online b/c I drive 40 minutes to get here (recently had heart attack and not a lot of options). I get to location in drive through and told pull on up. Then Iām told the system went down and they canāt make my smoothies, ask for refund and they canāt do that cause online āIāll need to do itā. I park and go inside to see them making smoothies, why canāt you make mine?, show them their own email confirmation and told well it has to print our side. Okay give me money back ā we canāt cause ticket hasnāt printedā. Several options to correct this easy: make $25 worth of smoothies that cost your $4. Give me $25 dollars and figure it out later. Nothing offered by any 16 year old. Nothing at all wrong with 16 year old as Iāve managed multi million $ establishments with a lot of 16 year olds but you should have leadership and management on site capable of putting easy fires out. Instead I stayed 2 hours helping her make decisions, did I mention I recently had a heart attack.
Going back now and reading reviews this location will be closed or for sale soon. Ridiculous!!!! Manage your business, no businesses are safe without customers.

I pull up to the window and there is a girl with black curly hair in shorts and wearing a headset and literally sitting 10ft away and does not even acknowledge me for well more than a minute, possibly 2. No hello, no thank you for waiting. I had to have her make my smoothie again and it was still terrible. All the while there is another employee making smoothies, working her tail off as I sat there dealing with an entitled brat who does not give a crap. Asked for napkins because she didnāt clean off the cup and itās pouring out. Asked if she was the manager and she said no there isnāt one. I ordered the Pumpkin D-lite smoothie at the Smoothie King location in Frisco Tx on Eldorado pwy, and it was pretty good. Therefore, I tried another location in Aubrey Tx, ordered the exact smoothie choice ( Pumpkin D-lite) and the Aubrey location did not disappoint. The smoothie was super delicious, I mean fantastic. Finally a few days later, because I'm on a health and fitness journey. I tried another location in Melissa Tx. Let me say; if my evaluation was to be solely placed upon the Smoothie King location in Melissa Tx, it would be a hot no thank you ( Sir/ Ma'am) it was so runny and the flavor was chalky and I shouldn't pay money to go home and redo the smoothie myself.
