My family’s food seemed like it was probably fine but I’m talking specifically about my own.

My “country potatoes” came out a while after my eggs Benedict so I didn’t get a picture. Furthermore, I made no mods to my ticket - I didn’t asked them to change anything or do anything special, I just ordered the eggs Benny as it comes.

The hollandaise sauce was very clearly some sort of packet mix, it was grainy and tasted bad. It was strangely chalky and kinda bland except for an overwhelming flavor of vinegar powder. Hollandaise is super easy to make so if you’re going to do brunch, you should make the hollandaise. Just melt a few pounds of butter in a sauce pan (you’ll actually need to get it pretty hot) put some egg yolks in the robotcoupe (heck, you can use the liquid egg yolks from Sysco) with some salt, a touch of cayenne, and lemon juice or vinegar, then turn the robotcoupe. Stream in the hot melted butter and emulsify. Adjust salt and acid to taste.

Another thing that really annoyed me was the way my plate came out. I had seen some very pretty plates walk out but mine was just some eggs with yellow goop on them. Even one of my egg yolks was broken. It was also super strange that they decided to sell my play without the potatoes. Literally anything would have made this look better. Some chives on top? Chopped parsley? Something?

On a positive note, the egg that wasn’t broken was poached very nicely.

The potatoes were half...

I absolutely LOVE eating here. My friends and I are often visiting this place for breakfast or lunch. We will go twice & sometimes three times a week! From the moment you step inside, you're greeted by the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and the warm smiles of the staff. They make you feel so welcomed and give home comfort vibes. This breakfast spot is a ray of sunshine! From fluffy pancakes to perfectly poached eggs, their menu is a breakfast lover's dream. The ingredients are fresh, and you can tell they put love into EVERY dish. The coffee is strong and flavorful, I tend to find myself going for seconds very often. The overall service is always friendly and efficient. It's the perfect place to start your day off right. Be sure to try their signature “concha french toast” —you won't be...

Came here for Father’s Day weekend. We called about a reservation for 8 and were told they only did first come first serve. Although we were quoted 20 min the lady Elvira sat us lightening fast. She got us sat in 5 minutes and were impressed with the amazing food and service from Martin, our server. Everything was fast and accurate we highly recommend the chicken fried biscuits, for dad, chicken and waffles. The portions were generous and prices were adequate. Even though we were not visited by a manager Elvira made sure we had everything we needed and even cleared our plates and took our payment. Must warn you parties of six or more are charged a 20 percent service fee. We happily paid and were on our way in less than an hour. If you’re in the area we highly suggest you check...

This was a cute cafe that was bustling at lunchtime. It can get quite busy on weekends. We ordered the chicken apple sausage and eggs hash; it came with hash browns, sausage, peppers, cheese, eggs, and a side of toast. Was quite a portion and could easily be shared. I opted for the turkey club. It was a basic sandwich with no frills, though you had to add cheese (they used shredded cheese?). The sandwich was ok for what it was. Overall, the experience was positive; the service was good and the food came out rather quickly.
