I rarely review on google but this Subway has extremely poor management whether it’s the owner or store manager or both. I ordered delivery through the Subway app and I never got my order. When I called, the lady working/ who answered the phone was trying to be helpful but after she spoke with her manager, “Ms. Aqua”, was when it was handled very poorly. She tried to blame it on DoorDash who they use for their delivery as a third party service; I didn’t order through DoorDash or that would be different. At my work we do the same thing and it’s completely all handled in our system, on our end. When I contacted DoorDash they confirmed the order was never sent through from Subway. After multiple calls back and forth she did nothing and they took $35 from me. I never received a refund or my food. My order wasn’t started, they did two full orders that walked in after me before even starting on mine, and then when the young lady started making the order she told me she was out of ranch and her coworker told me that it was more in the back. Both sandwiches were made incorrectly—wrong ingredients, wrong bread, and even toasted when I explicitly did not request to sub toasted. To make matters worse, I found a hair in the food, which was absolutely unacceptable.
I reached out to Subway to address these issues, but the franchisee's response to my complaint was dismissive and unhelpful.
