As a high school student, I regularly stopped in at this Dunkin Donuts to wait for a ride, grab a coffee with friends, or grab a tasty snack after class. Too bad this will not happen anymore. The "Language Barrier" between the employees and customers has become a problem, and they all too often get orders wrong. But my main complaint is the absurd amount of prejudice that occurs in this place. They only allow students to sit on one side of the store and will only take their orders from one line. They regularly yell at the students too, and treat them awfully. Today, students were in both lines, and I waited 20 minutes in line behind a multitude of middle schoolers and an older woman. When I finally got to the front, an employee (a mid thirties, blue eyed man) told me in a very rude tone to go to the back of the other line because I was in the "wrong line". I politely told the man that I waited a long time, and that there were no other adults in line to go ahead of me (They always ignore the students and serve the adults first). He rudely told me that I "know the rules". I obviously left the building. Just because the students are younger, does not mean that we are not paying customers. If I am a paying customer, my age should not affect where I am able to sit or stand in line. This business is only able to thrive on the students coming in after school anyways. Sorry I was willing to give you money... Us young people will respect our elders when they respect us. Don't buy stuff from...
Read moreIt's sad only living right across the street that I avoid coming to this dunks. I would rather go out of my way and get a great tasting coffee, service with a smile and my food order made correctly from some other dunkin donuts. At night there is a man probably late 30's who seems to care less about being there, is rude and when asked if he could take a 50 dollar bill says "I'd rather not" really? Why don't you try "sorry I'm unable to break that". My husband's wrap sandwhich looked like there was a burned dead mouse in it instead of steak and the woman making it asked ME if I knew what sauce belonged in it. Really? I had to tell her to check the manual. People should know what they are doing when working here. On a side note, it was disgusting watching that 30 to 40 year old rude employee change the Barrel with no gloves on, and put he lid on the table, without cleaning it after and watched him make someone's coffee without washing his hands after. Oh I could go on but I wont. Just dont bother coming here especially at night. Mornings are better but...
Read morePoor customer service. I go into order a small latte and donut and after ordering my latte he said anything else I repeated the donut again the older gentleman taking my order goes Yeah?! I said anything else I said no that was it . I then was paying with Apple Pay and his machine was not working and he started huffing and puffing thinking it was my fault . He made it extremely uncomfortable to try and finish paying so I just said forget it . I have worked In the customer service food industry for 7+ years as a store manager and would never make a paying customer feel uncomfortable because our machine is not working . Not sure who the guy was bald older gentleman dressed as a manager and if that’s the Case he needs better training on customer service ! Will never return to this...
