I placed a mobile order for my family and waited over 30 minutes—and that’s not even the worst part. When I arrived, I sat at the speaker for a while before finally saying “hello” just to get someone’s attention. A staff member eventually responded and told me to wait. After repeating my name three times, I was told to pull up to a yellow pole—not even the pickup window.
After waiting there for another 5 minutes, I was told to move again—this time to a side door. I waited another 15 minutes before calling the restaurant. The woman who answered (possibly the manager) said she didn’t know what I was talking about and told me to come inside. I hung up because someone finally came out—Diamond, the only person who showed any professionalism. She informed me they didn’t have the strawberry pie I ordered and offered apple instead. I asked if that’s what I’d been waiting on, and she said no—they didn’t have any chicken.
Meanwhile, I watched at least five cars get their food. So clearly, someone had chicken.
After another 10 minutes of waiting with no update, I went inside. I told the front counter staff I wanted to cancel my order. He casually told me I had to cancel online—no empathy, no apology. When he told the manager, she didn’t even come to the counter.
This location has zero customer service, and the lack of leadership is obvious. I won’t be back, and I’ll be warning everyone I know to avoid this place. Absolutely...
Read moreI came to this God Awful establishment last night and purchased an 8 piece meal with one side and 4 biscuits for me and my family. I asked for original chicken. I was told by the cashier that it would be a 7 minute wait for me to get that flavor chicken. I said fine. The chicken order actually came out of the drive thru window in 2 minutes! Great I thought, until I got home and realized I had spicy chicken!! I called and spoke to a manager Tyrone who told me I could come back the next day after work so my order could be replaced. He didn't tell me to keep the chicken, and why would I when I am allergic to whatever spices they put in the spicy chicken. Tyrone actually told me to throw the chicken away.
I show up today after work, as I stated I would to get the correct order, when Pam tells me that because I didn't bring the chicken back they could not replace my order!! What??
So I feel they have cashiers that can't tell time, managers who lie, and as a result you waste your money on food you can't eat. Worst experience EVER - I spent plenty of money at Popeyes in the past, but that's over now. I strongly suggest avoiding this location like the plague unless you want to be cheated...
