I've visited this a five guys over the course of 3 years now and it's time to leave my review on the place. Of this particular Five Guys, is one of the worse ones I've been to, hovering just above the Five Guys on Union that's just as bad.
The place is clean, that's not an issue but the servers here do NOT give you your money's worth. I order 2 Large fries and ask for a bag of fries. Easy order, how hard can it be to mess that up? Well, this Five guys has repeatedly not given me enough fries, just 2 Large cups of fries for $12.00. If I'm going to pay $12.00 for food, I want a lot of food with my order.
This Five Guys seems to not comprehend that when I order 2 Large Fries, I want 2 Large Fries and that bag better be filled with fries. Time and time again, they still have not gotten this down. 2 weeks ago prior to this review, I ordered 2 large fries in the evening and the staff at the time gave me even less fries than the lunch hour staff.
I do NOT recommend coming to this Five Guys or the one on Union unless you're on a time restraint like I was today and mistakenly wasted my money. I recommend you go to the Bartlett Five Guys. They learn from their mistakes 1 time and have never had to ask for more in the bag again
Positives: Fast, convenient, clean Negatives: Servings are small, crowded parking spot, don't get your money's worth.
Would I visit again: Only if I'm in a rush but otherwise, no, go to the Bartlett Five Guys, they do it...

god okay i never make reviews but i need to start! okay. so it’s become something of a family tradition for my dad, my brother, and i to come to this five guys. we always order two large fries for my brother and i. they consistently SLAP!!! like they’re always salted to perfection and beautiful and golden and have a nice crunch on the outside but are so soft and flaky and i just. God. i love this place.
PLUS THIS LOCATION ALWAYS HAS THE BEST STAFF?!? like out of all the five guys i have ever been to THIS SPECIGIC FIVE GUYS always has the dopest people at the counter. THEY ALWAYS GIVE PEOPLE EXTRA FRIES IN THE BAG. it’s literally such a small gesture but it has made our day so often. since the prices are a bit steeper than most fast food we save it as a treat, but they always give you more than enough food to be full, so i’d say it’s well worth the price!!!
also before the virus they had these massive peanut stands and you could just shovel peanuts into these little trays and take them with you. it was so fun. i hope they come back once rona chills out

My husband and I were so excited to find a Five Guys close to us. We were greeted when we walked in but it took them several minutes to take our order. We got our food in a reasonable amount of time BUT then when I started eating my burger, I noticed a whole lot of pink.....it was not cooked at all in the middle. When I went to tell the girl at the register, she asked if I wanted them to remake it......yeah, because the first one was cooked so well! Not! When I told her I didn't want another one, she acted like it was difficult to give me a refund on a nasty undercooked burger. She finally did give me the money back. I thanked her and she kinda had an attitude and simply said "mmhmm". I don't know what is wrong with the customer service in Memphis BUT it is not great....not even good. You can't act like these people do and expect people to return. MEMPHIS NEEDS TO GET IT TOGETHER! We definitely won't be returning to this location.....next time, we will drive the extra 10 miles to the next...
