I Love Juice Bar - Memphis — Restaurant in Memphis

I came in with 2 of my friends and we each got smoothie bowls. I am allergic to peanuts, and my friend got a smoothie with peanut butter in it. The girl brought out our bowls, and I take a few bites of mine wondering why it tasted off, then connected that it tasted like there was peanut in it. I asked the lady if there was any chance of peanut in it because I was allergic. She stared at me for a second then said "i guess i mixed yalls up because they both had pink bases," she doesn't even ask if I am okay. She remakes mine correctly, while acting like I am a burden for needing it remade. At this point I am talking to my friends about how I am having an allergic reaction and the workers are all in earshot and no one says anything. I bought a water in order to help the reaction, and I stood at the register for 5 minutes waiting to buy the water while saying to my friends loud enough for them to hear that I needed to water to try to help with the reaction. At no point were the workers apologetic or even asked if I was good. If my allergy was worse, that little mistake could have killed me and at no point did they...

Just visited this location and purchased the essential reset and two smoothies. Horrible customer service! As I was walking in, a female staff member was entering from the patio area, I held the door for her, don't think she uttered a word just rushed to the back and a young male staff member came out. He took my order, and I waited patiently. He called out essential reset, sat it on the counter then proceeded to help the next TWO customers in line. I didn't see my two smoothies and he just went ahead helping other customers. I waited until he took their orders and I politely asked if he had gotten my smoothies, he said in a snarky response "I'm making them now" and waved the Blender at me. I mean I was only asking because he went on to help two other customers BEFORE completing my order or acknowledging the smoothies were coming. I gladly put my cash tip back in my wallet. Bad...

I'm very much disappointed in the service I received. I even gave the establishment a chance to redeem themselves. I don't like passing negative reviews. Still give 3Stars because it's not all bad. Day 1: Called in order. Made sure they took call in orders before I went because this day particular I knew I wouldn't have time to wait on my order to be prepared as I wait. Get there and it's exactly what I figured. All they could say was the order was looked over? WOW. So I asked how or why was it looked over? Like did they think it was a prank call or something?! Still no explanation. Day 2: exact same outcome! REALLY.. EXACT SAME OUTCOME. It was almost unbelievable but I come to the conclusion that they do not accept call in orders. If that is so you shouldn't have taken my order...
