Game Nite Lounge — Attraction in Memphis

The concept of this space is a great addition to Memphis "things to do". When we arrived on Saturday around noon, initially the host was bubbly and welcoming. After asking her to apply the discount listed online (a $3 discount person) her attitude completely changed. She hesitated as if she had no idea what I was speaking of, and after handing her my card she placed it on the counter vs handing it back to me. The young man who walked us to our room did not speak to us, even after I greeted him and asked how his day was. This shifted our experience slightly. We paid $40 each for 90 minutes. 45 minutes would've been sufficient, after while we were just passing the time. If the owners take suggestions from guest like adjusting the games and pricing this could be a great space long term. Customer service is utmost important, please treat people with love and honor as we patronize...

I am unfortunately underwhelmed by GNL. I am a huge fan of the escape rooms and Amuse, so when I won a ticket to game nite lounge I was beyond excited to try it. Only to leave disappointed by the experience. The idea is great and the games are fun, but the cost for what you get just isn’t worth it. I left feeling bad that my friends paid almost $50 for 1.5hrs for maybe 15 game options. After 45 minutes to an hour we had played all games and were just ready for the time to end. I feel like they either need to charge per room or have more game options. It felt similar to playing jack box games, which I love but I can do that for free at home and have...

So. Much. Fun! The staff were amazing! There were lots of different games, so everyone gets a chance to shine! You can order food and drinks right from the room. We ordered cookies, and when they say "fresh baked", it means right out of the oven, piping hot! Even when we had a hiccup with the system, the staff was right there and even is some extra time to make up for it, even though it was a small thing. Definitely recommend! My only regret is that we are only visiting and don't have something like this...
